Description

Azure 30A is a new residential vacation destination with an outstanding location a short distance from the bright sugary shoreline of Dune Allen Beach. The beach access is just a short stroll away down Scenic 30A. However, fortunate guests do not have to travel far to go for a swim! A refreshing swimming pool with spurting side geysers overlooks a lovely lagoon and is only steps away. The sun patio is studded with tropical palm trees and a fountain in the lagoon is lighted at night for a magical effect. A simmering hot tub provides pampered relaxation, and convenient restroom facilities are nearby. A covered veranda overlooks the pool with a dining table and an outdoor wall-mounted flatscreen TV for poolside entertainment. Azure 30A provides beachgoers with a privileged private setting with only twenty residences on the tropically landscaped grounds. They are all single-level condos on either the first or second floor with three bedrooms for eight happy beachgoers.

Azure 30A 2-202 is on the second level. It boasts a fantastic position looking down the lovely lagoon that is festooned by the shimmering magical fountain at night. The balcony off the open living area includes a square glass-topped table with four chairs inviting you to experience the views while enjoying your favorite drinks. The living room is decorated with unique paintings and dazzling artwork. A cream-colored wraparound couch, a matching armchair, and an elegant cocktail table face a large flatscreen TV above a wooden credenza that displays decorative items. The tropical dining area includes four straw-woven chairs with cushioned seats around a round white table. An open kitchen nearby includes sleek stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops, a gray subway tile backsplash, and a kitchen island with four stylish white stools for additional wining and dining.

The beautifully furnished primary bedroom includes a king-size bed with a dark hardwood plank headboard and a matching nightstand with a lamp. It includes a glass door providing access to the balcony and a luxury ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower tiled with veined white marble. One guest bedroom includes an additional king-size bed with a beach-washed hardwood fence-panel headboard and a sunny window. Another guest bedroom serves as a bunk room for the kids with four twin beds. These guest quarters share a full hall bath with a tub-shower combination.

This marvelous Dune Allen Beach location is only minutes away from restaurants with friendly bars, grocery stores, and shopping adventures. The renowned Santa Rosa Beach village center of Gulf Place is minutes away with restaurants, casual bars, a coffee shop, boutiques, specialty shops, and galleries. A palm-lined amphitheater hosts concerts, art shows, and fun festivals throughout the year. The popular Vue on 30A, Stinky’s Fish Camp, and Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar are a short stroll away. Vue on 30A serves Caribbean-styled seafood with gulf coast flair and has stunning dune-top views of the jeweled gulf. The whimsically named Stinky’s Fish Camp serves fresh gulf-caught fish, a variety of oysters, and a wide array of craft beer and wine. Finally, the popular Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar is known for live music, stunning gulf views, coastal cuisine, and genuine southern hospitality.

Based on daily temperatures and at the HOA’s discretion, the community pool may be heated during cooler periods, including Major Holidays and Spring Break. Availability is not guaranteed.

Your place was amazing!

Amazing place-the photos don’t do it justice! We loved our stay! Can’t say enough good things about it. We have stayed in houses in Santa Rosa before so we weren’t expecting much when we rented this condo for our short trip, but wow! We were impressed. Balcony facing sunset, close proximity to the beach (short, less than 5 minute walk to beach access), comfy couch and smart TV’s (although we were mostly doing activities out of the house). The beds are heaven! The building has bike racks available in case you rent bikes, which we did. Also, a kitchen, that has all the tools (pots and pans, knives, mixing bowls, etc) you need to cook dinner. The condo comes stocked with a starter kit of supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, sponge, etc) as well. If you decide to eat out, you are close to some amazing options. They communicated with us before and during our trip, making sure the place was easy to find and we had all that we needed. Thankfully nothing went wrong, but I felt if it had, they would have been very responsive. We will be back!

Best condo on 30A

I recently stayed at Sunkissed Getaway 30A, and it was an exceptional experience. This condo is perfectly located just a short walk from the beautiful beaches of 30A, making it ideal for those who want easy access to sun and surf. The interior of the condo is bright and welcoming, featuring modern decor and comfortable furnishings. The open-concept living area provides plenty of space for relaxation, and the fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals after a day at the beach. Gorgeous water!

Great Place!

We were very impressed with our stay from beginning to end. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The kids loved the bunk beds. Going to the beach was uncomplicated and a great experience. We were especially impressed with the shower/feet washing stations when exiting the beach. There is a station when leaving the beach and another at the entrance of the condo. As a mom of young kids, it made the beach clean up super easy. We had an amazing trip and will be back!

Mother/Daughter Trip! ♥

We don’t want to leave! This is exactly what we needed - vitamin sea! We are leaving sun kissed, relaxed, and bringing home a beach bag full of memories! Our stay was perfect from the front door to the patio. This has to be the cutest condo on the beach! The beds are big, and so comfortable. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach! PERFECT GETAWAY on 30A

There is definitely no complaints about this beautiful condo. Located just across from the beach access, it was easy to haul the kids and all their stuff back and forth. The pool, spa a grill area was a definite plus as well. Lots of space inside condo - easily sleeps 8! Has everything you need and then some! Our family will be back hopefully real soon.

Surpassed Expectations!!!

Our stay at Sunkissed on 30-A was nothing short of exceptional. This condo immediately caught our attention, offering a perfect retreat for relaxation. This condo was a perfect option for us to sneak away as a couple, but would be perfect for your friends get-a-way or a family vacation. Beautiful Condo in 30A!

We had a group of 8 who enjoyed 5 days at this beautiful condo! The decor makes you feel just like you are at home. Walking distance to the beach, shops and Shunk Gully for lunch & dinner! We enjoyed coffee at Be Bold Coffee directly behind Shunk Gully, it was awesome! We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful place and better location

This condo has it all. It is stocked with everything you need to have a great vacation. Very spacious and the location is perfect. You can walk to multiple places including the beach. Love this place!

We had an amazing time at this condo in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Seven of us slept comfortably, and the location couldn’t have been better - just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops. The beds were cozy, and the place was clean - having all the things we needed. Also, having a pool and hot tub as amenities was a plus! We love how close it was to all the beach towns - we explored Seaside, had a spa day in Rosemary, and the husbands even got to golf, all within a short drive. We’re already counting down the days until our next trip! Highly recommended

Luxury Vacation: 3-Bedroom 2- Bath Condo on 30A

Located in Santa Rosa Beach, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo was awesome. Walking in we were blown away by how modern and elegant it was. The open concept condo is beautifully decorated, and artwork alone sets it apart from the many we've stayed in before. It's also a perfect location. We walked daily and were literally beachfront in less than 5 minutes. The bedrooms were beautiful, spacious and had the most comfortable mattresses. We only got to take advantage of two of them, but I can't wait to bring my granddaughter back, the kids bunk bedroom was so great. I highly recommend the Condo; I see a girl's trip and family vacation in our future. We will definitely be back.

GREAT CONDO! GREAT LOCATION!

The location of the condo was great, definitely walking distance from the beach with easy access. It was also great having a pool on the premises with outdoor grills and eating area. Inside looks amazing. Updated and plenty of room. Management was great as well. Answered any time we called and were very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

The Lake Causeway Beach Access is located to the west of the Vizcaya community on Scenic 30A, approximately a 3-4 minute walk from the property.
