This wonderful one-bedroom condominium is located on Scenic Gulf Drive in magnificent Miramar Beach near Destin at the aptly named Beach Resort vacation destination. Although this property is perfect for a memorable romantic getaway with your special loved one, it can sleep seven fortunate beachgoers with multiple beds. The Beach Resort's location places you just steps from the shimmering white beach and glowing emerald-toned waters of the gulf. However, you may also find yourself spending a lot of time poolside. A tropically landscaped lavish lagoon-shaped swimming pool sits next to this crescent-shaped building providing sparkling relaxation.

Beach Resort 311 features an open concept design for the living, dining, and kitchen. It takes full advantage of the views framed by sliding glass doors leading out to a balcony. Seating invites you to enjoy your favorite tropical drinks here while overlooking the tropical scenery, pool, and even a glimpse of the gulf in the near distance. The light parchment tiled flooring and glass doors accentuate a spacious look. A dove grey couch, which doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, sits beneath a painting of the sugar-white beach while a comfortable armchair provides a seating ensemble facing a large flatscreen TV for entertainment. The open kitchen features a bar with a finely mottled pale gray granite top and three wide hardwood stools for casual drinking or snacking. There is an expansive patio for sunny lounging and grills with covered picnic areas for poolside cookouts. A pergola arches around part of the pool for partial shade, and there are convenient bathroom facilities available.
