Answer:

Beach Resort is next to some great bars and restaurants! Kenny D's has a wonderful atmosphere and is fantastic for some on-the-go drinks. Captain Dave's On the Gulf also has great drinks and savory seafood. Along the beach, you will find other bars for quick drinks and great snacks like Crab Trap and Pompano Joe's. Enjoy!

Do you have a ocean view on the first floor?

The first floor of Beach Resort consists of a parking garage. Units on the second floor do include partial gulf views, as do the condos on the higher levels.

How many parking spaces are you given per room?

Beach Resort is allotted two parking spaces per unit. If additional parking is needed, you can find options for overnight parking here.

Are golf carts allowed?

Gas golf carts are permitted at Beach Resort with a valid parking permit displayed at all times. Each golf cart rental will take the place of one vehicle parking space.

Is the beach access gated?

Beach Resort owners and guests have exclusive access to the gated Seashells by the Sea beach access to the East of the resort. Once you have secured your reservation, access codes will be provided for the length of your stay. See you soon!
