Discover Beach Resort 409, a lovely one bedroom condo rental that is located right on Scenic Gulf Drive in the heart of Miramar Beach. Although this property would make a perfect place to get away for a memorable romantic rendezvous with a special loved one, it can actually sleep up to six guests if kids or others are in tow. A twin bunk tucked off the hallway and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the main living area can easily accommodate extra guests.

The convenient centralized location of Beach Resort places you less than a minute's stroll away from the sugary white sand beach. Although you may also find yourself spending a lot of time poolside. This low-density Destin complex has a hefty lagoon shaped swimming pool. A short wall between the kid's shallow portion and a deep end divides the sparkling interconnected pool. The shallow part has a delightful mushroom shaped fountain while additional water spurts out whimsically from some of the lush landscaping near by. A long arching arbor on the other side of the deck provides partial shade on a hot day and gracefully compliments the architecture of the crescent shaped building itself. Just beyond and nestled into a cluster of palm trees is an adult oasis that contains a bubbling hot tub.

This lovely pool and the glistening gulf in the distance may be seen from the breezy balcony of Beach Resort 409 where you may enjoy the views while sipping on your tropical drink. Sliding glass doors in the spacious open living area also allow you to share these views. The comfortably furnished space has a couch that doubles as the sleeper sofa and armchairs colored in soothing earth tones and face a handsome armoire which houses a TV. Tropically themed decorative arts include a large silk palm tree, wall prints and an accent rug providing a rich fashionable Tommy Bahama type styling. A round glass dining table has four chairs with a distinctive Floridian flair that sit beneath a glowing sconce chandelier. Three more may be seated on stools that face a Breakfast Bar and the open kitchen that features stainless steel appliances. The charming Master Bedroom has a king sized bed with special memory foam to insure comfort and a good night's rest. A full private bathroom is en suite. Another full bathroom is directly accessible to the Bunk Room and the main living area.

Besides being a short distance to the gorgeous gulf, this Beach Resort is also minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants and ultimate shopping destinations, which include the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during fall, winter holidays, and spring break.
