This attractive gulf-front 30A vacation condo in Seagrove Beach includes two bedrooms and can sleep six carefree gulf-going guests. New renovations and beautiful furnishings provide all the comforts of home. Its outstanding beachfront position provides glorious views of the jewel-toned gulf. A beach balcony includes Adirondack chairs to experience the vivid views and listen to the sensual surf sounds while sipping upon your favorite drinks.

Beachside Condo 7 has a bright open living area. A wall of sliding glass doors leads to the balcony and frames the sensational scenery. A white tropical slip-covered couch and two matching armchairs face a large smart TV for entertainment above a credenza with a unique cream-colored mosaic front. White board-and-batten interior walls and beach-washed luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout this residence provide a nice coastal-styled ambiance. The open kitchen nearby features white and grey quartz countertops with four fashionable vintage modern raised chairs. The kitchen includes new brushed stainless steel appliances, a black glass front oven range with a matching microwave, custom cabinetry with white panel inlays, built-in charging ports, and a long vertical hexagon backsplash.

The primary bedroom has a crisp contemporary coastal-styled look with a upgraded king-size bed against a white shiplap wall facing a wall-mounted smart TV for nighttime viewing pleasure. It is flanked by a tropical side table with three woven straw basket drawers and a unique see-thru white vase-based lamp. A wide window by the bed provides sunny views of the glittering gulf. This bedroom includes a private ensuite bath with a nautically-colored blue vanity and a glass-walled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has an upgraded queen-size bed with a rustic straw net headboard and a white built-in bunk bed with two twin beds. The bunk bed offers built-in charging ports to ensure your devices are ready to capture the beachside fun! They both face a wall-hung smart TV for evening entertainment. These guest quarters utilize a full hall bath with a marble-tiled tub/shower combo that also serves as a convenient powder room.

Beachside Condo is a gulf-front low-rise vacation complex with a lush lawn that spans to a stairway leading down to the beautiful beach. This small complex also features a nice lagoon-style swimming pool with two circular ends connected as one. You may go from taking a refreshing pool plunge to splashing around in the luminescent gulf in no time at all. Community charcoal grills are also provided onsite for a fun beachside cookout with friends and family.

This Seagrove Beach locale is conveniently close to some great locally-owned restaurants, including Café 30A, specializing in gourmet seafood and martini specials, Old Florida Fish House for locally caught seafood and sushi, Angelina’s for delicious Italian family meals, Mi Casita for tasty Mexican fare, and the Perfect Pig Grill & Fish House for a unique savory collection of all kinds. Picture-perfect captivating coastal villages like iconic Seaside, the beautiful WaterColor, and enchanting Rosemary Beach are just minutes away. You will also want to make a visit to The Big Chill in Seacrest Beach for an outdoor movie night, great food, and delicious drinks. No matter where you go, each town offers a variety of great restaurants, friendly beach bars, fashion boutiques, specialty shops, galleries, free outdoor concerts, fun festivals, and vibrant seasonal firework displays. Your place was so pretty and welcoming!

The best part was being able to easily walk just steps from the condo to the beach. Loved looking at the sunrise and sunsets on the beach and having access to a pool as well. So good to have a washer and dryer in the unit and it saved packing a lot of clothes. We used it daily to wash towels for our family of five. The kids loved the bunkbeds and having their own bathroom.

Great property

Great condo on the beach

Had a great stay at this bright and updated condo located right on the beach and 30A. Easy to reach all the beach towns by car, bike or foot. Private beach access was fantastic. We were able to rent beach chair/umbrella service once there. Condo set up was great, communication fantastic - we all loved it!

Fall Break

My family enjoyed this unit during our fall break stay in Seagrove. It was very clean, updated and had everything we needed. The location was excellent with bike rentals across the street and several restaurants within walking and biking distance. Girls Trip

The Homeowner's Association permits parking for only one vehicle per unit. If additional parking is needed, you can find options for overnight parking here.

Do you provide beach chairs?

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available for rent. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. You can reserve chairs and umbrellas over the phone, or directly on the sand. See you soon!

Is there a kitchen table to sit at?

What kitchen appliances are provided?

Answer:

Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a k-cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, and dishes. You will want to pack specialty kitchen items such as a crockpot, spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.

Are the washer and dryer in the condo unit?
