Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

Their prices are great. Any issues that arise are always taken care of promptly. The process for checking in and out is so easy. We’ve had bad experiences with other companies in the past. We will continue to use Ocean Reef when we are able to.

We Loved Our Stay at Bella Mar
We loved our stay at Bella Mar in February 2022. The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, and it is only a short walk to the beach! It's also close to everything we needed; restaurants, shopping and groceries. The property manager, Ocean Reef Resorts, was excellent at providing all the info we needed for our stay, as well as any extras like hangers and towels. We felt so at home at Bella Mar and would definitely stay there again.

What appliances and utensils are included in the kitchen?

Answer:

Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, and dishes. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.  Here's an article on our vacation blog that you may also find helpful!

 

How far of a walk is it to the beach?

The Frangista beach access is located at the southern end of Hollywood Street, approximately a 7-8 minute walk from Bella Mar. Enjoy the sunshine!

Are golf cart rentals available?

All Ocean Reef properties are furnished with enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dish-washing detergent, and bar soap. Here is a helpful video to ensure that you are fully equipped for the beach!

Does this rental have a washer and dryer inside the home?

Though we do not encourage chores while on vacation, Bella Mar does include a private washer and dryer. Don't forget your favorite laundry detergent!

How far from the beach access?

Bella Mar utilizes the private neighborhood beach access at the end of Hollywood Street, just over a 10 minute walk away. It is a very easy and scenic walk, and totally worth the effort. See you soon!

Is there additional parking for more than 2 cars?
