"Blessed" is a good way to describe the vacation experience when you stay in this wonderful beachfront townhome. This property is located at Southern Exposures in the sought-after Laguna Beach neighborhood of Panama City Beach. Blessed is perfect for beach time families or friends with kids since besides having four bedrooms it also has multiple bunks with the ability to accommodate up to fourteen. The gulf front locale of the home has spectacular views across the sugar white dunes facing the sparkling jewel toned waters of the gulf. Two of the bedrooms are actually individual suites since each one of them has its own full bathroom and a romantic private beachfront balcony where you may enjoy the vivid views while listening to the soothing sounds of the surf. Each comes with a king sized bed and a flat screen TV. One of these is located on the second floor and the additional Primary Bedroom Suite is on the third level. The Guest Bedrooms each come with both a queen sized bed on one side of the room and a full/twin bunk on the other. All four bedrooms are nicely decorated in soft cheery pastel colors with comfortable furnishings.

The main living area in Blessed is beachside on the first floor which includes an open area for family fun, dining and cooking. This room has golden honey toned hardwood flooring that gives it a warm feel and faces the beachfront balcony which is really an open sundeck with an umbrella table that offers seating for six. You will want to spend a lot of time here since you may dine el fresco, enjoy drinks and relish the picturesque views while doing so. An overstuffed plush sectional with pleasing pastel blue pillows encourages leisurely lounging and while watching the flatscreen TV and glistening gulf. A dining table beneath a charming candelabra type chandelier seats up to eight. This rests beside a granite counter bar with five more seats that are adjacent to the open modern kitchen. This has gleaming stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare a delectable family feast.

This prime location places you in the heart of family fun with a number of amusements nearby including Ship Wreck Island, Coconut Creek and Gulf World. A top rated championship golf course called The Hombre Club offers twenty-seven holes is also located in Panama City Beach and Ocean Reef Resort guests receive special discounts there. Pier Park, a pedestrian friendly shopper's paradise is only minutes away. It includes an abundance of wonderful restaurants, lively bars, a movie theater and numerous shops or boutiques.

The place was gorgeous, spacious, well-equipped with everything we needed for a lovely vacation. There were a few issues we noticed as soon as we arrived but they were all resolved within 2-3hours. The rental company is quick to respond and very attentive. We would definitely stay here again! Would highly recommend this property if you have young kids—the bedrooms were spacious and the beach access was super convenient!

This place is in a great location just down the road from the busy resort area, so it was nice and quiet.

We had our own private section of beach that was not crowded. The back deck gives an amazing view. The beach was clean and the sand and water were perfect!

Blessed is a wonderful beachfront vacation rental in Laguna Beach of Panama City. The complex incudes a refreshing community pool, however, it does not have the option to be heated.
