*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Boardwalk Villas is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including walkways, pools, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
