From its screened balcony overlooking the lake to the luxe soaking tub and artisan tilework, this Destin vacation rental delivers an elevated Gulf Coast experience without sacrificing warmth or comfort.

The open-concept main level features a light-filled living area with an oversized sectional and access to the breezy waterfront balcony, where cushioned seating invites you to unwind beneath the palms. The adjacent kitchen blends beauty with function, showcasing marble waterfall countertops, floating wood shelves, and a dramatic herringbone backsplash. A built-in dining nook encourages easy meals and laid-back gatherings. Also on this floor is a custom bunk room with two sets of twin bunks and a stylish shared hall bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower with dual showerheads, a built-in bench, and soothing sea-glass tilework that echoes the nearby Gulf.

Upstairs, the King Primary Suite is a private haven with vaulted ceilings, peaceful lake views, and direct access to a screened sitting porch. A plush reading chair adds a cozy nook for quiet mornings or winding down in the evening. The en-suite bathroom offers a spa-like escape, featuring a freestanding soaking tub, a spacious walk-in shower with dual showerheads—including a rain option—and pebble tile flooring with a matching inset niche. Dual vanities framed by backlit mirrors and brass fixtures complete this thoughtfully designed retreat. A second King Guest Bedroom with a stylish en-suite bath adds more comfort and privacy.

Located just a 3–4 minute walk from the beach, Boardwalk Villas also grants access to a wealth of resort-style amenities within the gated Seascape Resort. Guests can enjoy five pools, including one seasonally heated, along with basketball and tennis courts, a championship golf course, and miles of scenic walking trails that wind through tropical landscaping and peaceful lakes. Onsite dining options and beach bars are just a short walk away, while popular area attractions like Silver Sands Premium Outlets and The Village of Baytowne Wharf are only a quick drive from your door.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Boardwalk Villas is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including walkways, pools, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Perfect week at the beach

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect!
Great location for the Sun, Sand and Soul Festival. The home was clean and tidy. Very peaceful sitting on the pack patio. We were missing a few pool bracelets but, I called Ocean Reef and they sent someone over within an hour.

The aesthetic, the feel was nice and located in a good location. The layout of the space was functional and we loved the dual floor balconies to enjoy the views. the check in and check out process was seamless as well. Overall it was a peaceful stay for our family.
