Welcome to this lovely three bedroom, three bath condominium vacation rental that sits on the sunny coast at Costa Del Sol, overlooking the jewel toned waters of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. This three level beachfront home includes two separate living areas so that the first floor serves as special guest quarters. This is perfect for accommodating extra friends or family members who may want their own private space during part of your stay here or have their own separate schedule. These quarters are beach side with easy access to the sparkling water's edge right from the doorstep. A nicely decorated living area with a kitchenette has a large couch facing the TV console and doubles as a Sleeper Sofa that can accommodate two. There is an additional twin bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath for the kids. The bedroom features a queen sized bed and a full bathroom.

This portion of the property connects via interior stairs to the second floor level above which has another living area with custom "wood-planked" tile flooring and nice furnishings done in soft earth tones. The large, comfy couch here also doubles as a sleeper sofa and faces a wide flat screen TV which is flanked by comfortable armchairs. Full-length glass doors access the gulf front balcony with outside seating provided to enjoy the shimmering, watery views. A rugged, glass topped dining table seats 6 guests situated perfectly to enjoy straight-forward gulf views for every meal. The white, bright kitchen is open to the living area and has a huge, cream colored granite counter top with three bar stools pulled up beside it for friendly conversations.

Upstairs on the third level you will find the rich styled Master Bedroom Suite with a private full bath. This has a plush king sized bed with a full size chair which sits under a sunny window. A full-length glass door leads out onto the open balcony where you can greet your day and check out the beach. The Guest bedroom has access to another full bath and has two full beds. A window seat takes full advantage of the wide, sunny window that looks out onto Scenic Gulf Drive.

Costa Del Sol is conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach (just East of Destin) with close access to beach side restaurants, shopping at the popular Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall and musical entertainment at nearby Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin. When you're ready to hit the beach, visitors may enjoy complimentary seasonal beach service provided along the water's edge!
