First Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Powder Room, Laundry.

Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

You cannot beat this location.
Step right out the sliding door and onto the beach boardwalk! It’s a relatively quiet section of beach with a few low rise complexes and beach houses. You can walk to Crab Trap or Camille’s. We have been to Destin so many times but never to Camille’s, incredible breakfast/coffee, lunch and dinner, a new fav restaurant. The condo is cozy but not cluttered. The master bed is very comfy! We will definitely be booking here again.

The condo was beautiful and the view was breathtaking
We watched dolphins from the beach in the morning. The daily beach chairs and umbrella were incredibly helpful since we had everything else to carry down for our 5 year old. The men working the beach service kept an eye on who was using the chairs... felt very safe, very clean and friendly. Would absolutely stay again!

This is such a great location.
Being on the first floor makes transporting stuff to and from the beach so simple, plus the condo includes beach service, so the chairs and umbrella are setup for you each morning.
