Answer:

We love our fur babies at Ocean Reef Resorts. Unfortunately, the Crystal Sands Homeowners Association does not allow guests to bring pets. If you are unable to board your pup - check out these Pet Friendly Vacation Rentals.

Is there an office to check in at the condos?

Crystal Sands does not have a front desk. Upon arrival, you go straight to the unit and check-in through our mobile guest portal. See you soon!

Does this condo have an elevator?

Answer:

Crystal Sands is a three-story beachfront condo complex that does include a community elevator. The interior of the third floor units feature two-levels with stairs between each floor.

Are there any requirements of the guest prior to exiting the property at the end of their stay?

Answer:

We are sad to see you go. Check out time is at 10:00 am CST. Upon check out, we ask that you load and start the dishwasher - and take the trash out. You do not need to worry about doing anything special with the linens or towels, feel free to leave them as they are. Please let us know once you have departed. This helps our housekeeping staff and is very much appreciated. Come back soon!

Is there a hair dryer in the condos?

Answer:

Hair dryers are not provided. You may also want to pack additional disposable goods and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.

Is there a basketball court on-site or nearby?

Crystal Sands does not include basketball courts, but there are public courts nearby in Destin. If you prefer a property with basketball courts onsite, we have those too! Just give us a call :)
