Destiny's Retreat

It provides residence for owners and fortunate guests in a neighborhood of opulent multi-million dollar homes nestled around a large coastal dune lake near the beautiful white sand beach. The stately classically styled Dutch Colonial exteriors blend magically into thoroughly modern interiors with wonderful upscale amenities. Destiny's Retreat was distinctively designed for grand entertainment with plenty of space to play and lounge in luxury. The contemporary fashionable furnishings are professionally decorated in a chic manner with an eye toward comfort. Multiple living spaces span across this 3,600 square foot home that has four bedrooms in the main house and another in a Carriage House. The main open living area has soaring twelve-foot ceilings and a wide wall of windows that overlook a private solarium pool courtyard. The solarium pool is beside a relaxing four sided soaking tub, an outdoor living area with a wall mounted TV, a kitchen with a gas grill and a Wet Bar. The Great Room includes an ensemble of comfortable contemporary furniture facing a large wall mounted TV beside a formal dining table that seats six. Four more may be seated nearby at a gleaming white quartz crystal topped kitchen island. This open kitchen with stunning ebony toned custom cabinetry features a large stainless steel refrigerator and separate matching freezer, a six-burner gas range, double ovens, an icemaker, dishwasher, a chef's sink as well as a flat screen TV.

The elegant spacious Master Bedroom includes a full en suite luxury spa-like bath with gorgeous raised double bowl vanity sinks, a soaking tub and a wide glassed-in double shower with smooth black pebble rock flooring. The guest bedrooms are also all elegantly appointed with sitting areas and flat screen TVs. The Guest House can sleep up to four with a king sized bed and black leather couch that doubles as a queen size sleeper sofa. This studio space includes a living/dining area, kitchenette and a full bath.

Guests here may visit Club Destiny, which includes 5,000 square foot of Caribbean styled space that redefines tropical elegance with cathedral ceilings, towering indoor palm trees, multiple seating areas, skylights, and glass walls overlooking a large lagoon shaped swimming pool. A state of the arts fitness center also overlooks the beautifully landscaped pool courtyard. The Club House houses an impressive private movie theater that seats 25. Besides the pool there is also a secluded simmering hot tub, lighted tennis courts and a putting green. Nearby is a wonderful playground for the kids complete with fun slides, swings and colorful climbing platforms.

The beautiful beach of course is the star of the show and the shimmering sugary shore is just short distance away. It includes the popular Crab Trap Restaurant on the gulf with seafood specialties and a fun beach bar. This awesome locale is also close to other popular beachfront restaurants, grocery stores, wine outlets and shopping venues.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
