Description

This spacious wonderfully hospitable vacation home has five bedrooms and is located just 100 yards away from the white sand shore of Frangista Beach. Frangista Costas offers modern deluxe accommodations that graciously encompass over 3,000 square feet making it well suited for a special friend or family reunion. Since there are multiple bunk beds along with sleeper sofas and trundle beds this vacation rental offers the ability to house up to 21 happy guests. The home is decorated in a chic comfortable colorful style with luxurious amenities including flatscreen TVs in almost every room.

The first floor of Frangista Costas includes a spacious open area with travertine marble floors accented with a massive wraparound sofa that face a flatscreen TV. Across the room is a chocolate hardwood table with eight chairs that sit beneath an elegant vintage chandelier. The open epicurean kitchen nearby has modern stainless steel appliances encased within creamy cabinetry and accented by granite countertops. This includes a convenient side bar with raised seats, ideal for serving up seafood appetizers. There are two guest bedrooms on this first floor with honey toned hardwood floors, one of which has a full bathroom en suite. A full hall bathroom serves the other bedroom and doubles as a powder room. Just out back is a sun patio and a private swimming pool. Patio tables and a grill allow you to enjoy a BBQ poolside.

Upstairs on the second level are two spacious Master Suites each of which has a full private bathroom as well as a breezy balcony. The third floor is perfect for the kids and there is even room for a nanny. Bedding includes a full/twin bunk with a twin trundle and a queen bed. This bonus room also has a sitting area with a flatscreen TV, a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator and microwave oven as well as a small dining table with four seats. Double glass doors lead out to a balcony with seating and views down the palm lined street that leads to the beach.

This location off Scenic Gulf Drive places you minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, lively fun bars, grocery stores, wine bistros as well as discount shopping at Silver Sands, the nation's largest designer outlet. The charming Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard at nearby Sandestin offer a wide array of restaurants, retail boutiques, a new movie theater, and fun seasonal festivals.

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Patio Access, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

Second Floor: King Bedroom with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Walk-In Shower + Soaking Tub and Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Twin Daybed and Twin Trundle + Walk-In Shower and Soaking + Balcony Access.

Third Floor: Loft Bedroom with Queen Bed, Full/Twin Bunk + Twin Trundle, Twin Bed, Wet Bar, and Balcony Access.

*Add $50.00 per day to heat pool (available Oct-April if needed)

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.

Personal beach chairs and umbrellas are permitted; however, tents and canopies are prohibited per HOA regulations. Personal setups may not be placed seaward of the on-site beach service chairs. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent through the on-site beach service.

Everything was perfect, thank you!
Our stay at 53 Hollywood St @ Miramar Beach was absolutely amazing! The house had everything! Clean, spacious, all the amenities and prime LOCATION! Only issue was the pool heater quit working a couple times but maintenance was there within 30 mins both times and had it running again. Highly recommend renting this house and from Ocean Reef! We definitely will!

Frangista costa is literally just steps away from the beach.
You can see the gate to the beach from the house! The house had plenty of dishes and cookware to accommodate a large group. The layout of the house is perfect for a large group. We love the house and would go back. We only rent through ocean reaf and they NEVER disappoint.

The most wonderful stay
We had a blast! The house was great with lots of room! The heated pool was a big hit with the kiddos! We will definitely rebook for next year! I already can’t wait!!! Lots of stores, restaurants, wine tasting and a sweet little coffee shop all within walking distance. Oh, and the beach really is sooo close! Just a short walk to the end of the block and you’re there!!! Beautiful!!

Great vacation getaway

The Frangista Beach Homeowners Association does not permit personal beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, or canopies. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service provider.
