A graceful windowed turret staircase with a suspended chandelier elegantly sweeps up to the living area and upper-level guest quarters. Arched portals provide entry into the expansive open Great Room on the second floor, which encompasses the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Rich parchment toned Travertine Marble flooring inlaid with dark chocolate borders flows throughout and is accentuated by soaring ceilings. Two full walls of windows with glass doors look out upon the adjoining veranda that features classically spiraled columns and has seating to enjoy the breezes while sipping upon favorite drinks. Two dark leather couches face these views along with a TV for entertainment. An oval hardwood table with six stylish chairs sits nearby beneath a vintage chandelier and another set of windows. Four elegant chairs provide additional seating beside a round granite-topped island centered in the open Gourmet Kitchen. It features high-end appliances with a European inspired tile arched hood surrounding the range, and custom cabinetry can delight any chef.

The spacious, lavish Master Bedroom has a tall, angled double tray ceiling, rich hardwood flooring and decorative paintings.
