Fun times for friends and family are assured at this superb four bedroom beachfront home that is appropriately named Good Times. This vacation rental is placed along a palm-lined section of Scenic Gulf Drive in the prestigious residential community known as Frangista Beach. The locale alone offers guests easy access to popular gulf front seafood restaurants like Pompano Joe's and The Whale's Tail, which are within easy walking distance right down the beach.

This Mediterranean styled three-story Frangista Beach rental home provides paramount spectacular views of the jewel toned waters of the gleaming gulf and its sugar white beaches with all the comforts of home. Each of the three levels of has a spacious covered balcony that runs the width of the house with multiple double glass doors allowing access to these special outdoor spaces. Here you can enjoy cocktails and conversation while simultaneously experiencing the visual beauty as well as the harmony of the sensational surf below.

The design of Good Times is perfect for a friends or family reunion since there are two separate living areas located on both the first and second floors. The first level with the splash pool is perfect for leisurely lounging since it is richly appointed with comfortable leather furnishings, a flat-screen TV, a wet bar and a full hall bathroom. A bunk room for the kids is also on this level which contains two queen-sized bunk beds that sleep four along with another mounted flat screen TV.

The second floor hosts the second living space with plush furnishings that face a wall of glass doors that open onto a balcony where you can enjoy the views of the stunning Gulf of Mexico. Part of this room includes a charming dining area where magical moments may be shared for a family seafood feast. The adjoining open kitchen has up-to-date art stainless steel appliances, mocha colored custom cabinetry and shiny black granite countertops that includes a breakfast bar. There is another lovely Guest Room on this floor that has a comfortable king sized bed and access to a full hall bathroom.

Upstairs you will find the main Master Suite with a king-size bed, which also has its own beachfront balcony where you and a special loved one may enjoy a romantic rendezvous. Also on this floor is a queen bedroom with a full bathroom attached. Besides enjoying all the comforts of home, taking a dip in the splash pool and swimming in the gulf, you also have access to the Frangista Beach community pool, just a short walk away. This gated pool is like its own watery oasis with a columned entry portico adorned with tall palms and lush landscaping.

Prepare to be pampered at this privileged beach home and start having the "good times" that will create special lifetime memories for you and yours.

First Floor: Bonus Den with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Bunk Room with Two Queen Bunks, Wet Bar.

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom Shared Walk-In Shower.

Third Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*add $50.00 per day to heat pool (available Oct-April if needed)

Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

Allotted parking for three cars at the house. Please ask a reservationist about additional parking.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.

Beautiful Home, Beach, and Stay
We weren’t familiar with the Destin area before our trip, but this place truly exceeded our expectations. The beautiful ocean view, the peaceful atmosphere, and the luxurious building made our stay unforgettable. Even in December, we were able to enjoy playing in the water, and our kids loved the soft, sugar‑white sand and the stunning emerald‑green ocean. It was the perfect getaway for our family.

Perfect Vacation Rental for Family
Breath taking views! This was the perfect place. The location was outstanding! Just a short walk to Alvin’s and shopping. We walked down and rented a golf cart and easily walked back after returning! Views from all levels were amazing. The house felt safe and secure, as well as super clean and the most comfortable beds we’ve ever stayed in at a property. It was the perfect set up for our family. Our young kids were so comfortable in their room they actually stayed in their own beds and didn’t come crashing us in the middle of the night. The beach service that was included was wonderful and we really enjoyed very much. We had everything we needed and more and the next time we’re able to book this spot we absolutely will! If you are looking for the perfect spot on the ocean this is it! It’s close to shopping, restaurants and Baytowne wharf. Thank you again!

Good Times is a beautiful gulf-front home in Frangista Beach! It does not include a Pack-n-Play, but you do receive discounts on these items by being an Ocean Reef guest. Here is a link to discounted baby equipment!

Can we have some things delivered to the property?

It's not uncommon to have a package delivered while on vacation. If you need to have something delivered, please have it shipped to one of our offices, which will guarantee someone is around to receive it. Does this home have a grill?

Due to HOA rules and restrictions, both gas and charcoal grills are prohibited. There will, however, be an electric grill provided on the side of the home. Should you arrive and have trouble locating one - we are just a phone call or message away!

Would you allow a small less than 10 lbs dog?

We love our dogs here at Ocean Reef, however - Good Times is not a pet-friendly property.  If you are unable to board your pup, you may want to consider one of these Pet Friendly Rentals.

How far is the community pool from the rental?
