This three bedroom beachfront vacation rental overlooks the glistening gulf and is located at Grandview, a posh enclave that is aptly named. Its prominent position tucked away off Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin's Miramar Beach features panoramic views up and down the sugary shoreline. The architectural design of the complex has a sophisticated, subtle South Beach look and the interiors are decidedly upscale.

Grandview 201 hosts a columned beachfront balcony that allows you to enjoy favorite drinks and relax while relishing the views and listening to the soothing surf. It is directly accessible from both the living area and Master Bedroom Suite. The entire condo combines comfort that reflects gracious living through whimsical sea life wall sculptures, cheerful seascapes, and soft serene colors. The central open living area includes a latte toned wraparound couch with accent chairs. They sit beside the double glass doors leading out to the balcony and face a wall mounted TV. A custom built wet bar provides a wine rack and a place to serve drinks or tasty appetizers. A formal table for eight sits beneath an uplighted tray ceiling with a glowing sconce chandelier provided for elegant dining. A long "L" shaped counter bar nearby includes four raised cushioned decorative metal chairs supplied for informal dining and entertainment.

The Master Bedroom includes a full luxury bath ensuite that features a deep soaking tub for relaxation, a separate walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. The thick comfortable king size bed faces a wall mounted TV beside the double glass doors that provide sparkling gulf views and balcony access. One of the lovely Guest Bedrooms also includes a king size bed, a full private ensuite bath and has a corner window that provides views of the gulf. The other Guest Bedroom is cheerfully attired and includes two twin beds near a sunny window with access to a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room.

Down below is a large oval-shaped pool that sits perched upon the sugary dune with steps that lead down to the bright white beach. Within a minute you may go from taking a freshwater dip to wading into the salty surf. Grandview provides complimentary seasonal beach service to guests, so they will set up lounge chairs with an umbrella just for you. Additional chairs and tables are available around the pool with a gas grill for barbeques. You may enjoy dining poolside and allow the gulf air to invigorate your appetite for some Surf n Turf fare.

This seemingly remote beach location is actually right in the heart of everything Miramar Beach has to offer. Favorite restaurants and friendly beach bars are all close by. Ocean Reef Resorts guests reduced rates for championship golf, tennis and water recreation rentals nearby at Seascape. Grocery stores, wine outlets and bargain shopping at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets are just minutes away. Additional amusements, seasonal festivals, restaurants, lively bars and specialty shops are also close by at Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated Thanksgiving through Easter.
