Grayton Beach Villas is a two-story residential building that provides a privileged low-density setting with exteriors styled in crisp nautical colors of blue and white with a touch of cheerful yellow. The interiors of Grayton Beach Villas 101 have a warm, welcoming look with an open concept design that combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Sliding glass doors off the living area provide lots of natural light and access to a covered patio. Vibrantly colored outdoor furnishings invite you to enjoy breezy views of tropical palm trees while sipping upon favorite drinks. The comfortable furnishings in the interior feature a tropical style combined with charming cottage accents. A couch and a big comfy armchair with an ottoman have white safari-type slipcovers facing a flatscreen TV above a cream-colored cottage-styled cabinet. A rustic rich hardwood table with two tropical straw woven chairs and charming bench seating provides a charming dining area.  The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything needed to create fun family meals.

The Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom continue the cottage-style look with a king-sized bed in the Master and a pair of twins in the other bedroom. A full connecting bath includes a walk-in shower, while a half hall bath serves as a powder room.

This fantastic location adjoins the Grayton Beach State Park, which was recently reported as one of the most beautiful beaches in America by Forbes Magazine. It's also a short beach stroll away from Western Lake, a treasured coastal dune lake, the likes of which are found hardly anywhere else on our planet! Coastal Dune Lakes support abundant wildlife, lots of fish, waterfowl, and native plants.
