A finely patterned black and white rug accents well against a couch and two armchairs with white safari-style slipcovers. This seating ensemble faces a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV for entertainment above a cream-colored antique cabinet. Crisp white custom-built shelving that displays decorative art is on another wall flanked by two windows and centered upon a majestic fireplace mantle. A powder room is conveniently located off the living area. A dining room with a regal Persian rug is near a trio of windows with eight high-backed straw-woven chairs around a charming cottage-style table. A stately staircase leads to the two guest quarters upstairs. One comfortably appointed bedroom has a king-sized bed, a twin bunk nook, a wall-hung flatscreen TV, and an ensuite tub shower combination. The other coastal-styled bedroom has two queen-sized beds, sunny windows for natural light, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a tile glass-walled walk-in shower.

Besides being within easy walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in America, this home is steps away from a refreshing private swimming pool. It is on a raised sun deck that connects to the back porch bordered by a paver stone patio beside it with a gas grill and dining areas for fun poolside cookouts. The private pool can also be heated in the cooler months of the year to enhance your vacation experience even further.
