A comfortably furnished veranda off the Great Room provides the perfect place to view the sensational seascape, hear the soothing surf sounds and enjoy favorite tropical drinks. Another covered veranda on the first floor sits beside a large private swimming pool which measures 28' x 14'. Comfortable seating with a grill invites you to enjoy poolside drinks and dining. The tropically landscaped pool patio has lots of chairs to enjoy lounging in the sun.

Stairs lead to a covered balcony beside a screened porch on the side, allowing you to enjoy the scenery. A Great Room on this level encompasses the open living, dining, and kitchen areas with a wall of windows looking out across the dunes toward the gulf. Another comfortably furnished veranda off this room beckons you to enjoy the heavenly sunsets during the cocktail hour. This home features an upscale, fashionable coastal style with oil paintings of seascapes, colorful tropical prints, and marine sculpture throughout.  A vaulted ceiling with thick beams soars above, and white shiplap interiors accentuate spaciousness.
