This custom-built vacation home features five bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 14 fortunate guests. This Grayton Beach location is nestled off South Walton's Scenic 30A in the residential community of Gulf Trace. Completed in July of 2014 and professionally decorated, it's comfortably furnished and appointed with an abundance of amenities. Gulf Breeze at Gulf Trace provides guests with the luxuries of home while residing here on a vacation stay at the beach. It has a coastal look of casual elegance and ample room for multiple family members or friends with two separate living areas.

This hospitable home is situated just steps away from the sugary shore and emerald-hued waters of the glowing gulf. A rare coastal dune lake is right down the beach. This additional body of water is scarce and found in only a few other places in the world. This lake has a magical composition created when the dunes periodically open a freshwater estuary connection to the Gulf's salt water. Besides splashing around in the surf, you may want to catch some fish or go paddle boarding on this serene lake. You also have the option of taking a refreshing pool plunge right out back. This gracious home has its own 38' x 16' private saltwater swimming pool. It features colorful LED lights for a magical evening effect and an expansive patio studded with tropical palms that's perfect for lounging around and having fun.   

The open living and dining area has a triple panel of windows that look out onto the pool with a glass door for easy access. A white wrap-around couch faces these views, along with a large TV for entertainment. A rectangular hardwood dining table with eight high-backed straw woven chairs has a tropical look and inspires family feasts. The open kitchen has everything you need to make this happen. It also has a granite-topped bar with saddle-topped stools where drinks and appetizers may be served.

 The first floor showcases a Master Bedroom with a king-sized bed beside windows that look out upon the pool patio. A private en-suite bath includes a glass-walled walk-in shower. A half bathroom off the hallway serves as a convenient powder room. The cottage-styled Guest Quarters are upstairs with access to a large nautically attired den with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a big TV, a Wet Bar with a wine cooler, and glass doors leading to a furnished covered balcony overlooking the pool. One Guest Bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bath. Two full hall baths serve the other Guest Rooms with queen beds in two and double twin bunks in the other.

This home in Gulf Trace is in a seemingly remote world of its own but minutes away from excellent restaurants, friendly beach bars, and specialty shops in nearby "downtown" Grayton Beach and Seaside.
