This warm comfortable two bedroom vacation rental has a premium position right above the shimmering sugary shoreline of Hidden Dunes. Hidden Dunes itself is an exclusively gated resort nestled away off Emerald Coast Parkway in Destin's Miramar Beach. This prestigious community is perched upon the powdery dunes overlooking the jewel-like waters of the glittering gulf. You are immediately captivated by the grounds of this lushly landscaped resort as you approach on the long drive that meanders up to the Gulfside tower. It sits beside a large lovely lagoon that is adorned with a fountain. On the beach side a sparkling swimming pool provides panoramic views across the glistening gulf. There is an expansive paver stone patio around the pool to soak up the sun and a simmering hot tub offers restful relaxation during the evenings. Tropical palm trees provide a fabulous Floridian flair and frame the sensational scenery out across the gulf. You find yourself just steps away from taking a freshwater dip in the pool to plunging into the surf of the Gulf of Mexico. Besides lounging around there are ample venues for exercise like swimming in the pool or gulf, long walks down the beach during a glorious sunset or moon rise, professional tennis courts for pay to play and a full state of the arts Fitness Center for work outs, all of which are all part of Hidden Dunes.

Hidden Dunes Gulfside 1302 is a beachfront condominium that has two bedrooms but can sleep up to six fortunate guests with a king size bed in the Master Bedroom, two full size beds in the Guest Suite and a queen size sleeper sofa in the main living area. The star of the show is the spectacular scenery across the gulf, which is accentuated with multiple views from the wide glass doors and a mirror wall in the open living area. The beautiful balcony is accessed from the open living area and Master Bedroom. The main open living quarters is exceedingly comfortable with lovely soothing color tones and a seating ensemble that views the gulf as well as a flat screen TV. Silk plants and decorative arts provide a tropical flourish. A rectangular glass topped dining table seats six while bar stools nearby provide additional seating beside a granite topped bar. The kitchen is richly accented with plenty of custom cabinetry, burnt orange walls and thick mottled granite counters.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, a private bath en suite and glass doors that easily lead out to the breezy beachfront balcony. The charming Guest Bedroom has two comfortable full size beds, a sunny window and access to a full hall bath that doubles as a Powder Room.

Hidden Dunes is tucked away in a privileged world of its own but close to grocery stores, wine outlets and Silver Sands, the nation's largest designer discount outlet. Fine Restaurants, lively bars, specialty shops, abundant amusements, free outdoor concerts and seasonal festivals are nearby at Grand Boulevard as well as the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Bedroom with Two Full Beds and Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

This Condo only allows for 6 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is seasonally heated.

Perfect condo for a getaway

My husband and I wanted a relaxing weekend away to celebrate our anniversary. This was the perfect place to achieve that. It was a beautiful location right on the beach with a gorgeous view and peaceful atmosphere. We spent most of our time on the balcony listening to the waves and sipping drinks. The location was great, just close enough to everything but far enough away from the tourist trap chaos. We found great restaurants within minutes and even shopped, played mini-golf, and of course enjoyed the beach. We had everything we needed from plenty of towels, full kitchen, and plenty of room. It was an easy check in/out and we had no problems during our stay. The community security was an added bonus to keep the place safe and secluded. I would love to return and would definitely stay at another Ocean Reef location again.

Gulfside 1302 is located on the thirteenth floor offering spectacular views of the glistening gulf. The complex does include an elevator to quickly get you to and from your condo.

Are personal beach chairs and umbrellas allowed? Are beach chairs included with the rental?

Guests may bring their personal beach chairs and umbrellas as long as they are setup behind the onsite beach service. Complimentary beach chairs are not provided but can be rented directly on the sand.

Do you provide bed linens and an iron?

Answer:

We provide linens and sheets for the beds, bath towels, and washcloths. An iron and ironing board are also provided. You will want to bring your own beach towels, as we do not provide them. Our properties are furnished with enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing detergent, and bar soap. Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a k-cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, and dishes. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.

A community playground for the kids is located onsite, along with basketball courts, horseshoe courts, and cornhole. There are plenty of fun things to do at Gulfside at Hidden Dunes!
