This Destin building is quite attractive, with light blue exteriors trimmed in white, and it's only three stories tall, providing a privileged low-density setting. It does indeed have gulf views right across Scenic Gulf Drive, and a patio off the open living area of this first-floor condo includes a table with chairs to enjoy breezy views, favorite drinks as well as tasty treats.

The open living area of Gulfview 113 has a bright look with a triple paneled glass door providing views of the glittering shore from indoors. It is cheerfully appointed with colorful abstract paintings of water and sea life wall hangings. A light dove gray couch that can double as a queen-sized sleeper sofa is flanked by two pale blue tables with turquoise-colored triple glass globe-based lamps, which match a beautifully patterned decorative rug. The couch has views of the gulf along with a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV above a credenza and beside a regal blue patterned white accent chair. The open kitchen bar includes four charming nautical blue stools for some fun wining and dining.

The bedroom has a serene look with light blue interiors, pretty paintings, a sunny window, and a king-sized bed with a tufted headboard. Two soft blue bedside tables include unique white cylinder-shaped lamps with coral-like surfaces that provide a lovely silhouetted light display. A flatscreen TV is provided for nighttime viewing pleasure. The full bathroom includes a tub shower combination.

Gulfview has its own gated beach access, which is only a minute's stroll away. The condo complex also features a coin-operated community laundry facility and a lagoon-shaped swimming pool for fun and soothing relaxation. The pool closest to this vacation rental has a terracotta toned paver stone patio with plenty of chairs for sunning at your leisure.
