This hospitable home is the ideal spot for your next beach vacation or family reunion.  Not only does it personify charm, it can sleep up to 13 fortunate guests! Creature comforts abound here with separate guest quarters. It is located in the beautiful gated residential community of Old Florida Beach, a wonderful world of its own that's just minutes away from Santa Rosa Beach's town center of Gulf Place, offering all sorts of delightful diversions.

You will fall in love with Just Beachy at first sight. The stately three-story rental residence sits back from a double gated white picket fence and is set among towering tropical palms and lush landscaping. A wide veranda spans all the way across its front while two covered balconies soar above on the second and third floors. These balconies feature wonderful views of the gulf, especially from the third story. This romantic balcony is right off the Master Bedroom Suite, which encompasses the entire third floor. You will find yourself wanting to spend a lot of time here sipping a morning cup of coffee or your favorite frozen drinks in the sunset hours.  The Master Suite also has a screened porch off the back where you may listen to the surf from a bed swing that doubles as a twin bed.

This gracious South Walton home has it all! It is a very short stroll away from the sugary beach and a lovely community pool. However, you don't even have to go that far for relaxing refreshment because this abode has its own private 10' x 20' seasonally heatable swimming pool. A patio provides a spot for leisurely lounging in a charming shaded pergola. A grill is available for cookouts, and the pergola offers a perfect place for poolside dining and drinks.

The second story Carriage House faces the pool with a balcony that overlooks the lovely patio. The living area has colorful upscale furnishings that include a burgundy couch and two cheery yellow chairs with a TV, an intimate glass topped dining table with four decorative chairs, and a full open kitchen. A vibrant Guest Bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the lovely nautically attired bedroom has a twin. They share a full hall bath.

The main level of the main house has an expansive Great Room with an upscale living area, a dining table that seats 10 for a fun feast and a Gourmet Kitchen to create culinary delights. Vivid paintings of seascapes, striking whimsical decorative art and sea sculptures throughout this home have playful Floridian flair. Three Guest Bedrooms on the second floor are colorfully styled and share two full hall baths. The bed sizes include a queen, two twins and a two twin bunkroom for the kids. The enchanting tropically inspired third floor Master Bedroom has an en-suite bath, a king-sized bed, a gulf view balcony, and the breezy back porch.

Popular restaurants, bars, and specialty shops are close by along Scenic 30A, and nearby Gulf Place also features seasonal festivals and concerts.

Main House:

First Floor: Living Room with Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, Powder Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: Queen Bedroom with Balcony Access, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds and Balcony Access, Bunk Room with Two Twin Bunks and Walk-In Shower, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower, Computer Work Station.

Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Garden Tub + Balcony Access.

Guest House:

First Floor: Exterior Staircase.

Second Floor: Living Room, Dining, Kitchen, Queen Bedroom, Twin Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*add $50.00 per day to heat the pool (available October - April if needed)

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during the fall and holiday weeks.

The use of golf carts are prohibited in the Old Florida Beach community.
