The bright creamy white kitchen has an open breakfast bar with four additional seats for the enjoyment of tasty seafood appetizers. A porch outside has additional seating where you may feel the rich salty breeze and hear the soothing sound of the surf when the waves are high.

Three nicely decorated bedrooms are upstairs and the spacious Primary Suite with a king sized bed has a nice balcony facing the glistening gulf as well as a private bathroom. The other Guest Bedrooms have balconies that look out upon the lovely lake. Upstairs on the third floor is a "Bonus Room" which serves as a nice den, has a rooftop Observation Deck where you may enjoy the special scenery. There is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa and Powder Room on this floor, ideal for visiting guest. Besides having the beach close by, the Beach Haven Cottages neighborhood has a private lakeside community pool which is just a short stroll away.

This Dune Allen Beach locale is on Scenic 30A so you are not far from the picturesque beach towns that parallel the forested coast. Galleries, seasonal festivals, unique boutiques, restaurants and lively bars are not far away. You are also close to Miramar Beach for world class shopping at Silver Sands, the nation's largest Designer Discount Outlet, as well as family fare at the fun Disneyesque version of the New Orleans French Quarter known as The Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin.
