The ever gracious, Lazy Days has a wonderful open floor plan that encourages memorable times with family in the kitchen, dining area, and large living area. The wraparound porch and deck have expansive, breathtaking views of the spectacular seascape. Wildlife abounds here and you may even spot deer grazing on sea oats at dusk. Tables along with outdoor furnishings allow you to enjoy these views and hear the soothing surf sounds while sipping on favorite drinks.

These same views may be seen from within since windows and glass doors frame the natural scenery from the spacious open living area and Primary Bedroom Suite.  Comfortable furniture and tropically inspired artwork with a beach vibe are found throughout this well-appointed rental. The living area has a plush couch, a love seat and a wicker armchairs. They face the views and a large TV for entertainment. A country table nearby with six high backed antique cane-backed chairs with colorful cushioned seats sit upon a stylish rug for charmed dining. A hardwood china hutch and creamy white vintage buffet table beside it provides a warm, cozy look. Two raised metal stools face a sleek ebony black bar next to the open kitchen that features stainless steel appliances with everything needed to create a culinary feast.

The Primary Bedroom has a bath en-suite and a king-sized bed beside double glass doors leading out to a balcony that adjoins the porch that overlooks the dunes. This provides the perfect place to experience the vivid heavenly painted sky during sunset hour. The Guest Bedrooms on the other side of the living area share a full hall bath. One has a charming appearance with a queen-sized bed while the other is done in a comfortable cottage style with a twin and queen sized bed.

This great little community tucked off of Scenic 30A is close to the old Grayton Beach village center, which features the unique Zoo Gallery and two popular restaurants. The famous Red Bar where celebrities are sometimes spotted, features dining, drinks, and live music. Chiringo has Spanish style tapas and cold tropical drinks. You're also just minutes away from South Walton's popular hot spots, restaurants, friendly beach bars, specialty shops and seasonal festivals in picture-perfect coastal villages all along 30A.
