Legacy 501, also known as Sea Legacy, is a recently updated townhome located in an exclusive gated residential community in Seagrove Beach known as Legacy. It has a stately presence with two upper-level columned balconies and a square portico entrance downstairs. This three-story vacation rental residence has a Bonus Room on the first-floor level and can accommodate a total of eight beach-going guests. The access to the beautiful beach is just steps from your door with a shower and convenient bathroom facilities. The Legacy townhome complex also features two community swimming pools with a paver patio that has lounge chairs that always seem to face the sun. You may take a pool plunge and less than one minute later be splashing around in the surf while enjoying the glowing green waters of the gulf.

The first floor of Legacy 501 has a bonus space that features a comfortably appointed living area, including a Guest Quarters for up to four people. A plush gray couch and coffee table face a rustic chest with a flatscreen TV. A comfortable queen sized bed on the other side of this room has access to a full bath that also serves a second private bedroom completed in a charming upscale décor and another queen sized bed.

The main living area on the second floor has an open-concept design for leisure, dining, and cooking. A dove gray wraparound couch provides a comfortable seating ensemble around a decorative rug with spiral patterns. All face an natural wood cabinet with a large TV.  Decorative arts throughout include sea sculptures to remind you that you are celebrating the beach. A dark hardwood topped table has four creamy white criss-cross backed wooden chairs and a side bench for dining. The handsome open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of space to create a fun family meal. A covered breezy balcony off the living area provides a relaxing place to enjoy morning coffee or sip favorite drinks and watch glorious sunsets.

A large Primary Bedroom is on the top floor with a warm nautical look through the use of colors and décor. A king sized bed faces a honey-toned chest mounted with a TV for viewing pleasure. A luxury en-suite bathroom has double vanities and a big tub. A balcony on this level provides glistening gulf views by day and romantic sunsets at night. A convenient kid's nook has two twin beds tucked away off of the Master Suite.  

This gated residential enclave of Legacy is conveniently located off Scenic 30A in the center of South Walton's Seagrove Beach. You can walk across the street to the popular highly acclaimed Café 30A that features wonderful food in a casual yet elegant environment and martini specials.  Angelina's Pizzeria & Pasta is right next door with hand-tossed pizzas and fabulous Italian home-style pastas. Seaside is also just minutes away with restaurants, friendly bars, boutiques, galleries, seasonal festivals and free concerts.
