Description

Lemon Fish is a charming two-story beach cottage named for its cheery yellow exteriors and the fact that plentiful fish are close by in the gorgeous gulf! It is located in highly sought after Crystal Beach community which is also aptly named due to the crystalline composition of the sparkling sugar white sand that borders the jewel toned waters of the gulf. This three bedroom vacation home is only about three blocks away from in the emerald green waters and you also have the added option of taking a refreshing dip in its own private pool out back. The Lemon Fish home has two balconies where you may enjoy the gulf breezes perhaps while sipping your favorite tropical drink. The front balcony has private access from the spacious Master Bedroom through double glass French doors. This balcony almost makes you feel like you are in a tree house since a trio of towering palms fronts it. The Master Bedroom is bright with light nautical colors, a king sized bed and a full bath en suite. The Guest Bedroom upstairs also has a full bath en suite along with a queen sized bed and its own private balcony that looks down upon the sparkling pool below.

The downstairs level of this home has a sunny open living and dining area with lots of windows and is tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings. Light mocha colored hardwood flooring gives it a rich warm feel that is accented by a beautiful straw woven rug. A cream colored wraparound couch, which doubles as a queen sized sleeper sofa, faces a flat screen TV. On the other side of the room is a sleek dining table with six decorative wooden chairs near a wide window. The open modern kitchen has a granite counter bar with stools where drinks and appetizers may be conveniently served. The other Guest Bedroom is located on the first floor level with a nice king sized bed and a glass door that provides a view of the pool. It also has access to a full hall bath that serves as a powder room. The pool area itself is quite lovely with an expansive patio area that has multiple chairs for leisure, a gas grill and a table for poolside dining.

This prime location in Crystal Beach also places you minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants on Scenic Gulf Drive, shopping at Destin Commons, as well as a wide assortment of top dining establishments. Fabulous family amusements are also close by at The Track Recreation Center as well as the Big Kahuna's Water Park and Adventure Land. At Lemon Fish you can have it all!

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Patio Access, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower and Laundry.

Second Floor: King Master Bedroom with Tub/Shower and Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower and Balcony Access.

*add $50.00 per day to heat pool (available Oct-April if needed)

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during March and April.

Loved the house, felt right at home!
We absolutely loved our stay at Lemon Fish and felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Check-in was easy, the instructions were clear, and communication was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the peaceful location with great restaurants nearby. We would happily stay here again!

Perfect Getaway
First solo vacation. I was hesitant vacationing solo, but couldn't have asked for a better location to truly get away, relax and enjoy the best beach I have ever experienced. The travel from the hotel was easy, the house was clean, well stocked and so comfortable. The pool was a great plus. Did I say the BEST beach ever? 5 minute walk to the whitest, most amazing sand ever. Can't wait to return.

Cozy place, walking distance to an amazing white sand beach. House is well kept and clean. Close to grocery store and some good restaurants as well. Pool out back was a great temp, and a good place to chill, tan, and hang out.

Lemon fish includes its own private pool, and also has access to a community swimming pool. The private pool can be heated for an additional $50 per day plus tax.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available for rent. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. You can reserve chairs and umbrellas over the phone, or directly on the sand. See you soon!

Is there a golf cart available for rent?

Yes! In fact, you can rent a golf cart at a discounted rate through one of our preferred vendors. Please keep in mind that each golf cart rental will take the place of one vehicle parking space in the driveway. See you soon!

How warm can the pool be heated up to?

Answer:

The private pool can be heated between October and April for an additional fee. The pool temperature is set between eighty (80) and eighty-five (85) degrees. There is also a heated community pool that is typically heated during March and April.

How far is the beach from the property?

The closest public beach access is located due south of Crystal Beach Dr, approximately a 5-6 minute walk from the home. Don't forget the sunscreen!
