Majestic Sun 1004A is a newly remodeled two-bedroom vacation rental that offers a sea gull's eye view of this sensational scenery with a breezy balcony that spans from the main living area to the Primary Bedroom Suite. This property has been professionally decorated with stylish comfortable furnishings and serene natural colors accented in royal blues. New improvements include all new flooring, trim work, ceiling texture, furniture, smart TVs, fresh paint, and decor. A triple set of floor to ceiling sliding glass doors are elegantly framed with sand-toned drapes and lead out to the beach view balcony. Fanciful vibrant paintings on the walls and other decorative art depict sea life for Floridian flair. A plush couch that doubles as a queen size sleeper sofa and two accent armchairs face the gulf views as well as a wall mounted TV. A white beachwashed table with richly woven straw chairs provides a lovely space for charmed dining. A striking mottled granite counter bar faces an open kitchen that features stainless steel appliances for culinary delights.

The Primary Bedroom has a full bath en suite, a king size bed, a flatscreen TV, and glass doors that provide glistening gulf views as well as balcony access. The lovely Guest Bedroom is nautically attired with two twin beds, a wall mounted TV, and has use of a full hall bathroom that doubles as a powder room.

Down below, a sun deck with a big pool and bubbling hot tubs face the beautiful beach. An awesome indoor pool has a cathedral ceiling and a wall of windows allowing you to see the jewel-like gulf while swimming in a climate controlled environment. Across Scenic Gulf Drive is a long palm studded boardwalk that provides easy access to the shimmering beach. In no time you may go from taking a dip in one of the pools to floating around in the luminescent waters of the glowing gulf. A state of the arts fitness center is also on site.

This tremendous location in Miramar Beach is minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, golf at Seascape where Ocean Reef guest receive special rates, shopping at the nation's largest discount designer known as Silver Sands and family entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf or Grand Boulevard in nearby Sandestin.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
