How would you like to vacation soaring high up in a manmade "sandcastle" overlooking a beautiful beach? Well now thanks to the Majestic Sun you may come close to having that dream come true! This double tower overlooks the glowing emerald hued waters of the gulf in Destin's Miramar Beach and actually looks like a giant sandcastle. The towers are interconnected as one at the top with a towering arch that goes right through the middle of its center. It is an architectural masterpiece and local icon due to the unique distinctive styling. The sugary beach in front extends across 2,000 linear feet of the glorious gulf.

Majestic Sun 1009A is an elegant contemporarily styled one bedroom vacation rental that has recently received an upscale updated look and is ready to provide deluxe accommodations for its fortunate guests. Although it would provide perfect beach quarters for a romantic rendezvous getaway, bunk beds tucked in off the hallway and a queen sized sleeper sofa can easily accommodate a family of six. The open main living area faces a wall of glass doors that provide remarkable views of the glistening gulf and easy access to the breezy balcony. Views extend as far as you can see into the sparkling southern horizon as well as towards the west overlooking the long white ribbon of beautiful beach. A wall of mirrors also reflects these views and accentuates the already open space. The comfortable seating ensemble faces a flat screen TV. Fanciful decorative art and paintings provide a fun Floridian flair. A dining table nearby has four seats while three raised metal chairs sit beside a rich mottled granite countertop.

The crisp bright Master Bedroom is done in whites with a king size bed beneath a partially vaulted ceiling, an wide TV and a luxury bath en suite. Another full bath off the hallway is there for extra guests or the kids and also serves as a convenient powder room.

Down below a spacious sun deck with a big pool and bubbling hot tubs overlooks the beautiful beach. An amazing adjacent indoor pool features a cathedral ceiling and a wall of glass allowing you to see the jewel-like gulf while swimming in a climate controlled environment. Across Scenic Gulf Drive, a long boardwalk adorned with tropical palms provides easy access to the beautiful beach. In no time you may go from taking a dip in one of the pools to floating around in the translucent waters of the gorgeous gulf. A state of the arts fitness center is also on site.

This sought-after location in Miramar Beach is minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, golf or tennis at Seascape where Ocean Reef guest receive special rates and shopping at the nation's largest discount designer outlet known as Silver Sands. Grocery stores, pharmacies and wine outlets are also conveniently close by while an abundance of delightful diversions are nearby at the Village of Baytowne Wharf or Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower and Laundry.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Absolutely the best place around the area

We booked this condo when was three hours from home finding out I made reservations in another town that was over 500 miles driving. So I headed to the look for us a condo. We actually booked this one online and we couldn’t have been any happier. Nice and very clean and absolutely loved the view from balcony. We normally stay in condos but this one was so perfect. Close to attraction, restaurant and the beach is just over a road but totally convenient to everything. If we come back next year this will be our spot to stay!!!! (Just bring your blow dryer bc they didn’t have one) book it you will Not be disappointed

Overall we had a great stay here!

Everything was perfect

We really enjoyed our stay! The beach was just a quick 1-minute walk away, and we loved having a great view of the ocean right from the room. The location couldn’t have been better. We’ll definitely book again! Just a quick tip for future guests — be sure to pack your own beach chairs and towels, as they aren’t provided. Other than that everything else you’ll need is there for you. Plenty of extra bath towels and blankets! They also provide a full kitchen set for cooking which we really enjoyed.

Perfect Vacation

This condo was the perfect size for my husband, our two children, and me. There was plenty of sleeping space, the beautiful oceanfront view, and enough of the comforts of home that we didn’t need to leave unless we wanted to after our grocery/necessities run! It was perfectly clean, comfortable, and the best vacation spot for our family. We would gladly stay here again upon returning to Miramar. Just some tips: Beach access is by stairs. That does take some planning when toting beach supplies by wagon. Other than that, everything about Majestic Sun makes for a seamless vacation.

We love our fur babies at Ocean Reef Resorts. Unfortunately, the Majestic Sun Homeowners Association does not allow guests to bring pets. If you are unable to board your pup - check out these Pet Friendly Vacation Rentals.
