Spacious and impeccably clean, this condo rental hosts modern furniture with tropical accents throughout. All bedrooms are equipped with large screen flat TVs for your viewing pleasure. The living room has a 50-inch flat screen "Smart TV" and a large, comfy sectional sofa perfect for family game nights or watching your favorite movies. 

The master suite has a king size bed, private bathroom, and sliding glass doors you can open and hear the gentle roar of the gulf which lends itself to a peaceful, relaxing night of sleep. With access to the large beach view balcony from both the master bedroom and the living room, you can sit outside and feel the wonderful tropical breeze and enjoy gorgeous sunsets without ever leaving the condo! The second bedroom is perfect for larger families and groups as it has two sets of bunk beds, including a full size bed on one of the bottom bunks and direct bathroom access. **Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
