Majestic Sun Deluxe 1202B is a spacious 2,300 square foot penthouse that looks down upon this gorgeous scenery from the top of the building. The breezy balcony extends across the entire width of this luxurious residence offering 400 linear feet of leisurely lounging. This may be readily accessed from the main living area, dining area, and the Master Bedroom Suite. A wide hallway with a formal multiple tray ceiling gracefully leads into this unit which incorporates upscale furnishings with subtle laid back comfort. Sets of glass doors off the living and dining areas offer an ever present view of the sparkling gulf. Another contemporarily styled tray ceiling frames this room from above. The dining table next to one of the sets of glass doors easily seats eight around the long rectangular hardwood table. This place is great for entertaining since four more may be accommodated in raised seats next to the long counter bar. The modern kitchen features gleaming stainless steel appliances with everything you need for creating a fun family feast.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
