**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Nothing short of amazing

You would be foolish to NOT rent out this amazing condo, and I highly recommend doing it on the 4th of July! The fireworks were the best I’d ever seen, and we could see them for miles up and down the beach! The view is outstanding, the condo roomy, the elevators were quick (anyone who rents condos in FL knows how small and slow most elevators can be), the parking is generous (3 spaces!!!!!!). The beds were comfortable and we had an amazing time with the water parks, restaurants, sunset & tiki boat cruise, and golfing. Treat yo-self!

Going back next year!!!

It was a week of feeling like we were living the lifestyles of the rich and famous! From the moment you open the front door, it feels so light, open and spacious - the rest of the condo feels exactly the same way. Plenty of space for our kids/grandkids to spread out. The balcony was a go to spot for coffee in the morning, naps in the afternoon and drinks watching the sunset. The owner provided puzzles, games, beach chairs and even a cooler - so every time we opened a cupboard or closet it felt like another surprise. It was a memorable family vacation and we are planning on returning next year!

Fantastic Property

You will not be disappointed with this beautiful property. We loved the location. Just a short walk across to the beach or pool. It is decorated so lovely and has space for all. We really enjoyed the large balcony to watch marine life. The owners were quick to answer any questions. Definitely a rental we would want to visit again!

Perfect beach location and space

1203A is an amazing condo for any family large or small. So many sleeping options and room to spread out. The oversized deck is perfect for spending time outdoors. Is nearby restaurants but the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking as well. Loved amenities like covered parking, indoor and outdoor pools, exercise room, laundry in unit, beach toys and chairs. And nothing beats the beach front access.

Perfect accommodations!

This amazing, spacious, beautiful condo was perfect for our week at the beach. It’s views of the water and proximity to the beach is a dream! The owners leave everything you need for an enjoyable, stress free stay. It was great to take walks along the beach, visit the fitness center, eat at the delicious seafood restaurants and relax by the water. The condo has ample room for everyone and we recommend anyone wanting to visit to stay here! We will be back!

Nicest condo we've ever stayed in!

This condo, and the views from it, are stunning! We have always loved the Destin area and the Emerald Coast, vacationing here annually during the 90s and 2000s, but we have never experienced it like this! We stayed with good friends (both of us couples in our 70s and 80s). Having two king bedrooms made it easier, because whoever gets the Master has won the lottery! Massive room, Gulf view, and a huge master bath with double vanities, a shower, and a jacuzzi. But the second room also has a King with a private bath, so there were no complaints! This may seem odd, but one guest was so impressed with the flatware. We'd just come from a rental in Longboat Key, and the flatware was a jumbled mess of patterns and conditions. This condo had more than 10 matching place settings of nice forks, knives and spoons. Maybe it's not worth mentioning, except that it represents how the owners have stocked the condo for their renters across the board. We enjoyed the beach every day, and the balcony (missed most of the sunrises, but caught all of the sunsets!) We also love going back to our favorite restaurants, in particular Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's. During our stay, we had two very small maintenance issues, and the management company addressed them very quickly! We've already reserved our time for next year with our friends, but will stay a second week with children and grandchildren!

Sunrise to Sunset, 1203A is Amazing!

We loved SO many things! Double front doors, broad welcoming hallway, and immediate view of the beautiful Gulf waters. Gorgeous decor. The balcony. Coffee on the balcony to watch the sunrise. Wine on the balcony to watch the sunset. Great people and wildlife watching in-between. Comfortable deck furniture. The beach. The gorgeous waters and silky sand. Beach chairs, toys, games and a cooler to take down. Two KING beds (plus a Queen, and 4 twin bunk beds). All comfortable mattresses. 3 bathrooms. Well-appointed kitchen for cooking. Great restaurants nearby for not cooking. Ice maker to fill coolers or blender. Board games, puzzles and books for kids and adults. Luggage racks and plenty of hooks to hang towels, suits, jackets, etc. Full-size washer/dryer. Plus Pompano's Joes, Royal Palm Grill (next door, delicious food, and easy for carry-in), Emeril's. So much shopping. We'll come back to 1203A every year!

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. You can reserve chairs and umbrellas over the phone, or directly on the sand. See you soon!

Is the kitchen fully equipped? As in a muffin pan, keurig, etc..

Answer:

Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, dishes, pots, and pans. We furnish enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing detergent, and bar soap. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.

We love our fur babies at Ocean Reef Resorts. Unfortunately, the Majestic Sun Homeowners Association does not allow guests to bring pets. If you are unable to board your pup - check out these Pet Friendly Vacation Rentals.
