This recently renovated one bedroom vacation rental is located at the magnificent Majestic Sun. This architectural masterpiece looks like a giant humanmade sandcastle with a premier position on Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin's Miramar Beach. Two interconnected towers have a soaring arch that goes right through the middle of its center. The luxurious double tower overlooks the emerald toned gulf and brilliant white beach beside it. The Majestic Sun has a big gulf view pool with bubbling hot tubs and an expansive sun deck. It overlooks a palm-lined promenade that parallels 2,000 linear feet of the shimmering sugary shoreline with multiple access points to the beautiful beach. In no time you may go from taking a freshwater dip in the pool to splashing around in the glowing green gulf. An adjoining indoor pool sits underneath the tower's arch with a soaring cathedral ceiling which rises dramatically above it. A wall of floor to ceiling windows allows swimmers to see the spectacular scenery outdoors while enjoying a climate controlled environment. A newly refurbished state of the art Fitness Facility beside it also has a wall of windows where you may enjoy the views while having a good work out.

Majestic Sun 208B comes with a lot of "Wow Factors" and looks like the kind of coastal property you would see featured on HGTV. It would be the perfect place for a romantic vacation for two but since it has bunk beds nestled off the hallway and a queen sized sleeper sofa it can sleep up to six. The main open living area is decidedly upscale with a modern beach chic look that also has an eye for comfort. It has a lovely bright ambiance with white tiled flooring, a fashionable shiplap wall, a cream colored couch and a soft striped accent chair. This level's beach balcony allows you to both relish views firsthand and hear soothing surf sounds. Vibrant, colorful art throughout include beautiful blue abstract renditions of seascapes and lots of mirrors. One striking wall mural showcases a giant blue wave. A large TV sits upon an elegant ebony black contemporarily styled credenza with glass topped ovals on the sides for display of decorative arts. Five unique cubicle stools face a cream and gray striped granite-topped bar and provide a great place to enjoy favorite drinks and delicious appetizers. The contemporary kitchen gives you everything you need to create a culinary delight. The beautiful bedroom which is done in nautical colors includes a king-sized bed and luxurious bath en-suite. Another half bath serves as a powder room.

The Majestic Sun is close to popular gulf front restaurants and fun friendly beach bars. One of them known as the Whale's Tail is on the beach nearby. Grocery stores, wine outlets and the Silver Sands Premium Outlets are minutes away. An abundant array of restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals, free concerts and amusements of all kinds are also close by at Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
