Situated on the second floor of the sandcastle-like complex of Majestic Sun, vacationers have convenient access to the sugar-white shores of the Gulf, while also getting to experience the incredible beach vistas from inside the comfort of the condo.

Majestic Sun 209B is a beautifully furnished residence featuring spectacular views of the bright beach and dazzling jewel-toned Gulf. Sliding glass doors lead to a balcony with a dining table and chairs to experience the vivid views while enjoying favorite beverages and snacks. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the soothing surf sounds. Inside, a blue couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, and two pinstriped armchairs face a flatscreen TV mounted above a handsome dark credenza. Decorative art throughout features marine life sculptures, seascapes, and tropical flourishes. A round glass-topped table nearby includes four stylish metal-backed chairs with cushioned seats for dining. Two café-style stools sit near a granite-topped bar for additional dining and entertainment space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to create fun culinary delights when deciding to enjoy a relaxing night in with family.

The primary bedroom has regal creamy white cottage-styled furnishings with a king-size bed and a private bath with a tub-shower combination. A well-appointed hall bath near a built-in twin bunk nook has a walk-in shower and laundry for added convenience.

The luxury residential tower has a soaring arch in the center connected by two tall towers on each side, giving off a castle-like design. Amenities abound at this “majestic” place, which overlooks 2,000 linear feet of shimmering white crystalline beach with a promenade that provides numerous beach access points. Besides the wide white ribbon of shoreline, other fantastic amenities include an amazing indoor swimming pool with a dramatic cathedral ceiling and an entire glass wall facing the gorgeous Gulf. An opening connects to the outside, where the indoor pool cascades into a large outdoor pool. This outdoor swimming pool has an expansive sun deck with two bubbling hot tubs for pampered relaxation. A full fitness center is also near, with a wall of windows overlooking the pool deck and beautiful beach.

This outstanding Miramar Beach location is near shopping, family attractions, popular restaurants, and friendly beach bars. *Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
