Each condo residence has a balcony that overlooks the dazzling jeweled waters of the Gulf. This rental is on a lower level, so the furnished balcony has views of both the Gulf and the wide white ribbon of the sugary white shoreline. **Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Majestic Sun Exterior Restoration: Exterior painting, sealing, and railing work is currently taking place Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–5 PM, with completion projected for late March. Guests may experience intermittent work-related noise and temporary closures of exterior areas. Both pool decks are expected to close in December, with plans to reopen for the week between Christmas and New Year’s. Rates have been discounted to reflect the potential inconvenience.
