This recently renovated and comfortably furnished three-bedroom vacation rental at the magnificent Majestic Sun can accommodate ten fortunate beach-going guests. It is a special “end unit” that features a bright, spacious look with extra windows. This fifth-floor placement also provides incredible views of both the wide white ribbon of beach and the glowing jewel-toned waters of the Gulf.

Majestic Sun 501B has an open living, dining, and kitchen area that looks out upon this splendid scenery with sliding glass balcony doors highlighting the sparkling views. Rocking chairs and raised Adirondack chairs with a table invite you to experience the vistas while sipping on favorite libations. The balcony spans across to the primary bedroom, which also has direct access. A dove-gray couch, a matching loveseat, and two accent chairs patterned with marine life share the gulf views and face a flatscreen TV mounted above an antique glass-front cabinet. Decorative art throughout includes paintings of seashells, photo images of sea life, nautical accouterments, rustic hand-painted cabinets, and a glass-topped side table with a driftwood base. A rectangular honey-toned natural hardwood dining table with eight country-styled chairs completes the open state-of-the-art kitchen. It has a quartz-topped entertainment bar with four creamy-white saddle stools for additional wining and dining.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed beside the sliding glass balcony doors for gulf views and faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a rustic side table. The ensuite bath includes double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower adorned with sea glass flooring. One sunny guest bedroom also has rustic furnishings with a king-size bed and ensuite with a walk-in shower. A nautical Bunk Room with three twins and a full-size bed has access to a hall bath with a tub-shower combination.

Majestic Sun is a luxury residential condo building that resembles a giant sandcastle since two towers are interconnected at the top with a soaring arch that goes right through its center. This “majestic” building overlooks 2,000 linear feet of shimmering white crystalline beach with a palm-studded promenade provided for access. Other awesome amenities include an indoor swimming pool with a dramatic cathedral ceiling and a wall of glass facing the gulf. An outdoor swimming pool has a sun deck and bubbling hot tubs overlooking the sensational seascape. A Fitness Center also features a wall of windows that overlook the outdoor pool patio and glittering Gulf.

This Miramar Beach location on Scenic Gulf Drive is minutes from popular restaurants with friendly beach bars. Some are a short stroll down the beach, including Whale’s Tail, which usually has a friendly “come one, come all” beach volleyball game in progress, The Royal Palm Grill at the nearby Surfside residential tower with poolside dining along with sunset bonfires on the beach, and The Surf Hut, which features fresh seafood in a captivating surfer-styled setting. It is also close to grocery stores and bargain shopping for world-class designer goods at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. A championship golf course, a professional tennis center, and beach recreational rentals are onsite at Seascape, where guests of Ocean Reef Resorts receive special reduced rates. Delightful diversions, great restaurants, bars, shopping adventures, outdoor concerts, fun year-round festivals, and exciting seasonal firework extravaganzas are also minutes away at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf and swank Grand Boulevard of Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort.

*Three complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
