This comfortably appointed vacation rental residence is located in the architectural masterpiece known as the Majestic Sun. This magnificent resort is aptly named since it has a regal "majestic" look and faces the sparkling "sun" that soars above the jeweled waters of the emerald green gulf. The Majestic Sun has a prominent placement on Scenic Gulf Drive across from the beautiful beach and resembles a giant sandcastle with a see-through arch that goes right in between the two interconnected luxury towers. This arch rises twelve stories above an indoor swimming pool with a soaring cathedral ceiling.

Majestic Sun 504A sleep up to seven fortunate beachgoers since in addition to the two spacious bedrooms it has a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. As soon as you enter the open living area, you are impressed by the stunning seascape.  A wall of sliding glass doors provides cruise ship-like views of sparking scenery and leads to the breezy beach balcony where you may enjoy the unobstructed vistas.  A contemporary couch that doubles as the queen-sized sleeper sofa and two plush royal blue bucket accent chairs share these views, as well as a wall mounted TV. A gorgeous oil painting of a big wave and twin sea colored vein glass vases accentuate a seascape ambiance. A dining table beside the open kitchen has six ladder-backed chairs while four stools beside a bar provide additional seating. This makes a great place to serve tasty appetizers, set out a fun seafood buffet, or enjoy favorite tropical drinks.

The Master Bedroom has a rustic beach chic look that includes a king-sized bed, a wall mounted TV, direct balcony access, and a full en suite bath. The charming cottage styled Guest Bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen and XL twin bed, a sunny window, and access to a full hall bath.

The Majestic Sun features a spacious sun deck with a big pool and bubbling hot tubs faces the wide white ribbon of beautiful beach down below. The indoor pool with the dramatic cathedral ceiling has a wall of floor to ceiling windows that allow you to see the glittering gulf while swimming in a climate controlled environment. It is connected to the outdoor pool with a cascading waterfall. In no time at all, you may enjoy taking a plunge in either pool and then splashing around in the glowing gulf waters. You may also exercise in the state of the art fitness center that faces the outdoor pool and gulf. Ocean Reef guests receive complimentary reduced rates on site for championship golf, tennis and beach recreational rentals.

This excellent location in Destin's Miramar Beach is minutes away from favorite gulf front restaurants with friendly beach bars, grocery stores, wine outlets, and bargain shopping at one of the nation's largest discount designer centers famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. You are also only minutes away from the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard at nearby Sandestin. Both feature lots of restaurants, rollicking bars, specialty shops, fun festivals with seasonal fireworks, free concerts, and amusements for all ages.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
