Majestic Sun 505A is vacation rental residence that can sleep up to six fortunate beachgoers, since besides the two spacious bedrooms it also has a queen size sleeper sofa in the main open living area. The star of the show is the glorious gulf which is immediately evident when you enter the main living area. A wall of sliding glass doors frames the sensational seascape and leads to the breezy balcony where you may enjoy the views firsthand. Oversized light parchment tile flooring and a mirrored wall accentuate the spaciousness of this bright clean room. A comfortable couch and love seat colored in a lovely light nautical blue face the watery views as well a TV housed in handsome custom cabinetry. A charming dining table with six decorative wooden backed chairs is nearby beneath a vintage shaded chandelier. The open kitchen has three more raised seats beside the creamy white bar where favorite drinks and appetizers may be easily served.

The Master Bedroom has a full private bathroom en suite, a king size bed, its own sunny window, serene pleasing pastel colors and warm beach cottage furnishings. The Guest Bedroom is decorated with Floridian flair with lime green toned walls and a queen size bed adorned in blue as well as a whimsical chest striped in yellow and white. This room also has a nice window and easy access to a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room.

Down below a sun deck with a big pool and bubbling hot tubs faces the beautiful beach. The indoor pool with the soaring cathedral ceiling has a wall of floor to ceiling windows allowing you to see the glistening gulf while swimming in a climate controlled environment. It is connected to the outdoor pool with the spacious patio for leisurely lounging. Directly across the street is a palm lined promenade that provides access to the wide ribbon of sparkling white sand beach that extends along 2,000 linear feet of shimmering shoreline. A state of the arts Fitness Center is also on site. This awesome location in Destin's Miramar Beach is minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, grocery stores, championship golf or pro tennis at Seascape where Ocean Reef guest receive special rates, shopping at the nation's largest discount designer outlet known as Silver Sands and family entertainment, dining or shopping at the Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard in nearby Sandestin.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
