This majestic place resembles a giant sand castle with a soaring arch that shoots right through the center of two interconnected towers. It overlooks 2,000 linear feet of the crystalline white beach and a promenade that provides multiple access points. Besides the beautiful beach, awesome amenities include a stunning indoor swimming pool with a dramatic cathedral ceiling and an entire glass wall facing the gulf. An opening connects to the outside that cascades down into another large pool. The outdoor swimming pool has a spacious sun deck patio and two bubbling hot tubs that overlook the gleaming gulf. A full fitness center onsite features walls of windows that overlook the outdoor pool patio and gulf.

Majestic Sun 507A has a comfortably furnished living, dining, and kitchen area. The open space has a wall of sliding glass doors leading out to a breezy beach balcony that showcases the vivid views of the glittering gulf. Inside, these views are doubled by a wall of floor-to-ceiling mirrors accentuating a beautiful spacious look. A nautical-blue sleeper sofa and a chic marine life-patterned accent chair share these views while facing a large flatscreen TV for entertainment. A charming cottage-styled dining area nearby includes a round white pedestal-based table and four elegantly carved chairs. The bright white open kitchen features a bar with dark raised hardwood chairs with tan cushioned seats to enjoy drinks and appetizers.

The primary bedroom boasts regal cream-colored antique furnishings, a king-size bed with a dark decorative metal headboard, and an ensuite bath with a tub-shower combination. A full hall bath with a walk-in shower near the twin bunk nook also serves as a convenient powder room.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
