This beach view vacation rental also has a bunk bed tucked in off the hall, and a full-sized sleeper sofa in the main living area so it can accommodate up to six guests. The inviting space is beautifully decorated with coastal-inspired decor, contemporary furnishings, and beach-washed luxury vinyl plank flooring. A cream-colored sectional that doubles as a sleeper sofa and matching armchair face the glorious gulf as well as a flatscreen TV. A round table has four seats that sit beneath a vintage-modern light fixture for intimate dining. The open white kitchen has everything you need to prepare a fun meal, and a counter bar has two raised seats where appetizers may be served.

The Primary Bedroom features a lovely dove grey king-size bed with a tufted headboard, matching nightstands with bedside lamps, and a double dresser with a flatscreen TV. A private ensuite bath includes a single vanity sink and tub-shower combination. The twin bunk off the living area has access to a full hallway bath with a walk-in shower and laundry facilities.

Majestic Sun has a big beach facing pool with a pair of bubbling hot tubs as well as an indoor pool that sits underneath the big arch, which towers dramatically above it. A wall of floor to ceiling windows allows swimmers to see the spectacular scenery outdoors while swimming in a climate controlled environment. Across Scenic Gulf Drive is an extended palm-studded boardwalk that provides easy access to the shimmering beach. In no time you may go from taking a dip in one of the pools to floating around in the luminescent waters of the glowing gulf.

This condominium is just a few minutes away from favorite beachfront restaurants and fun friendly bars. Right next door at Seascape there's a championship eighteen hole golf course and professional tennis courts. You are also minutes away from shopping at the nation's largest designer outlet mall known as Silver Sands as well grocery stores and wine bistros. A wide array of restaurants, lively bars, specialty shops, seasonal festivals, free concerts, and amusements are also close by at Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
