Well now thanks to the Majestic Sun you may come close to having that dream come true. This double tower that overlooks the jewel toned water of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugary white sand shore beside it has a prominent position on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach and resembles a giant sandcastle. The two towers are interconnected as one at its pinnacle with a soaring arch that goes right through the middle of its center. This building is an architectural masterpiece and local icon due to the distinctive styling. The Majestic Sun has a big beach-facing pool with bubbling hot tubs. A long palm lined promenade parallels the beautiful beach with multiple access points. An adjacent indoor pool sits underneath the big arch with a soaring cathedral ceiling, which towers dramatically above it. A wall of floor to ceiling windows allows swimmers to see the sensational scenery outdoors while swimming in a climate-controlled environment. A state of the arts Fitness Facility also has big windows where you may enjoy the views while working out. Across Scenic Gulf Drive is a long palm studded boardwalk that provides easy access to the shimmering beach.

Majestic Sun 602B is a comfortably elegant two bedroom vacation rental that has been remodeled and newly furnished in a rich upscale manner. The open living area has a creamy leather couch facing a wall mounted TV, which is flanked by three accent chairs. The décor throughout is a regal blend of plush comfortable furnishings, subtle tropical flourishes and unique stylish decorative accents. A wall of mirrors provides double vistas of the glistening gulf since a triple panel of glass doors leads out to the breezy balcony beside it. A charming dining table has four seats beneath a Moroccan styled hanging lamp. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and has two stylish raised seats beside a thick mocha toned granite topped bar.

The Master Bedroom has a plush king size bed, a private bath en suite and a double glass sliding door leading out to the beach facing balcony. The lovely Guest Room has a double/twin bunk & a twin, white furnishings and access to a full hall bath. Both rooms have flat screen TVs.

The Majestic Sun is just minutes away from popular gulf front restaurants and fun friendly beach bars. Right next door at Seascape there's a championship eighteen-hole golf course and professional tennis courts. You are also nearby the nation's largest designer discount factory outlet known as Silver Sands as well grocery stores and wine outlets. A wide array of restaurants, lively bars, specialty shops, seasonal festivals, free concerts and amusements are also close by at Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
