Directly below this soaring arch is a large indoor swimming pool with a cathedral ceiling and a wall of glass that provides a picture postcard view of the beautiful bright white beach. This interior pool spills down to an adjoining outdoor pool and hot tubs outside where there is a patio deck with multiple chairs for lounging in the sun. You may take a refreshing plunge before or after taking a dip in the glistening gulf waters which are right across Scenic Gulf Drive next to the palm studded boardwalk that serves as its access.

Majestic 709A is a freshly updated one bedroom property that has a private balcony where you may enjoy these same watery views while listening to the soothing sound or the surf as you relish your favorite drink. The main living area has wide glass doors to provide access but also so that you may enjoy these vivid vistas while indoors from the contemporary living room set. The couch doubles as a Sleeper Sofa for extra guests. A flat screen TV is placed on a beach chic console table. Down the hallway there are bunk beds tucked away with two twins in case you want to have a family event with the kids instead of a romantic holiday for two. Either way you will find ample room to enjoy your special beach vacation. A glass topped dining table has a pair of woven straw chairs. The open kitchen has a wide bar facing the living area with four raised matching stools where you may have savory seafood appetizers when not on the balcony enjoying the gulf breezes. There is a full hall bathroom that may serve kids or other guests as a convenient Powder Room. The nicely decorated Master Suite has a king sized bed, a flat screen TV and its own private bathroom.

The location of Majestic Sun places you just minutes away from beach side restaurants on Scenic Gulf Drive, golf or tennis at the Seascape Resort where Ocean Reef guests receive special discounts, world class shopping at the nation's largest Designer Factory Outlet known as Silver Sands as well as fun family entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf in nearby Sandestin.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
