It has a great location in the Majestic Sun, an architectural masterpiece in Destin's Miramar Beach. You have probably seen this iconic condo complex along Scenic Gulf Drive resembling a giant sandcastle with a soaring arch through the building’s center. The arch soars twelve stories above an acclimatized indoor swimming pool with a wall of glass that looks out toward the gulf. It cascades down into an outdoor pool with two hot tubs that parallel the beautiful beach only steps away. A fitness center also features glass walls that face the sparkling seascape.

Majestic Sun 807A features a bright open living space with a wall of sliding glass doors that frame the gorgeous gulf views and lead to a breezy balcony. Adirondack chairs invite you to enjoy favorite drinks while relishing the glittering scenery. The living room includes serene pastel blue walls, light-toned hardwood flooring, and comfortable furnishings. A dove gray cloth couch that can double as a queen sleeper sofa sits beneath two abstract paintings of a beachy seascape. A regally patterned armchair and an ottoman with a cocktail tray complete this ensemble which faces a large flatscreen TV on a credenza for entertainment. A charming white pedestal-based dining table with a round glass top includes four light blue cottage-style cushioned chairs with criss-cross backs. The open kitchen with brushed stainless steel appliances has two white wooden stools beside a granite-topped bar for additional diners.

The primary bedroom has a stately look with blonde hand-carved furnishings. It includes a king-sized bed with a regal headboard and two nightstands with elegant glass lamps. A dressing cabinet with carved corners features a flatscreen TV for evening entertainment. The full ensuite bath includes a tub shower combination, while a full hall bath has a walk-in shower and stacked washer and dryer. The kids will love the custom-built hallway bunk nook with two twin beds.

Majestic Sun at Seascape Resort allows you to enjoy championship golf, tennis, or fun beach recreation rentals at special reduced rates by being an Ocean Reef guest. This Miramar Beach locale is close to gulf-front restaurants with beach bars, grocery stores, and bargain shopping for designer goods at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The swank Sandestin town center of Grand Boulevard and the captivating Village of Baytowne Wharf are also minutes away. Grand Boulevard is lushly adorned with royal palm trees. It connects to wonderful restaurants with casual bars, boutiques, fine clothiers, specialty shops, a Publix grocery store, and a multiplex movie theater with a VIP dining room. The alluring Village of Baytowne Wharf was inspired by enchanting New Orleans French Quarter architecture. It sits upon a lovely lagoon and has a long wharf that juts out into the expansive bay. Here visitors can enjoy spectacular sunsets over the bay during the summer or try their luck fishing. Baytowne includes a variety of great restaurants, friendly bars with live music, family amusements, specialty shops, outdoor concerts, lively festivals, and exciting seasonal firework celebrations.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
