With two bedrooms and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area,  Majestic Sun 811B can accommodate up to six happy beach-going guests. As soon as you enter the open living area, you experience sensational shimmering scenery. A triple set of sliding glass doors to the balcony and a wall of floor to ceiling mirrors provides stunning double views. You may relish the views and gulf breezes first hand on the furnished balcony, perhaps while sipping a wonderful tropical concoction. The comfortably furnished living area includes a plush parchment toned suede couch and a check patterned accent chair which face the views along with an armoire that houses a TV for entertainment. A gorgeous gleaming blue toned abstract painting above the couch and seascape art throughout celebrates the beach. A handsome dark hardwood table with four criss cross backed chairs sits beside an open white kitchen counter bar where drinks or savory snacks may be served.

The Master Bedroom has a private en suite bath and a king sized bed where you may view the gulf through sliding glass doors that also provide direct access to the beach balcony. The Guest Bedroom includes a queen sized bed and with chic fashionable décor that includes a 3D raised bronze wall hanging depicting palm fronds, a sunburst framed mirror and mini tropical prints. This Guest Room has use of the full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room.

The Majestic Sun features a spacious sun deck with a big pool and bubbling hot tubs that overlook the sugary shore. An awesome interconnected indoor pool features a soaring cathedral ceiling and a wall of glass that allows you to see the jeweled gulf while swimming in a climate controlled environment. A wide boardwalk across the street is adorned with tropical palms and provides easy access to the beautiful beach. You may go from taking a dip in one of the pools to floating around in the translucent waters of the gorgeous gulf in no time. A state of the art fitness center is also on site.
 
This sought after location on Scenic Gulf Drive is minutes away from popular beachside restaurants, golf or tennis at Seascape where Ocean Reef guest receive special rates and shopping at one of the nation's largest discount designer retail centers known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Grocery stores and wine bistros are also conveniently close by while an abundance of delightful diversions are minutes away at Baytowne Wharf or Grand Boulevard in Sandestin, which feature a wide array of restaurants, lively bars, shopping venues, musical concerts, and fun seasonal festivals.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
