Maravilla sits across from the beautiful beach and has its own privately gated shore access. One of two lovely lagoon shaped swimming pools overlooks the emerald hued waters of the gulf with BBQ grills available nearby to create your own surf n turf meal while enjoying the views. Another seasonally heated pool on the property grounds has a simmering hot tub for relaxation, its own set of grills, tennis courts, shuffleboard and a basketball court. A comfortable Club House adjoins this complex complete with restroom facilities and showers. It features a gathering room for living and dining, a complete kitchen as well as an exercise room.

Maravilla 2101 is a highly sought after ground floor vacation rental that provides captivating views due to its prime location. Right outside your patio door and just across Scenic Gulf Drive the jewel-toned gulf may be seen across the lush lawn extending as far as you can see into the sparkling southern horizon. Light hardwood vinyl floors provide a pleasant surrounding with a cool coastal feel. This two-bedroom vacation residence has been refurbished with comfortable furnishings providing a casual beach chic look. A sofa contains a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra guests or the kids, so you can comfortably sleep six here. The sensational scenery outdoors may be seen from both the main living area and Primary Bedroom since sliding glass doors lead out to the patio, which provides vivid views. A patio table and chairs allow you to enjoy the gulf breeze while sipping on favorite drinks and munching on snacks. The couch in the open living area, a love seat, and a comfy armchair face the patio as well as a flatscreen TV that is wall mounted above a whimsical colorful chest painted with sailboats. Nearby six light blue crisscross backed wooden chairs with beige cushions sit beside a white hardwood table provided for when you dine in. Three button topped round stools sit beside the open white Breakfast Bar that faces the ample kitchen that features new stainless steel appliances.

The Primary Bedroom has an en suite bath and a king-size bed that sits beside the glass doors and provides gulf views when you awaken. The Guest Bedroom has a sunny window, a creamy white full-size bed and has access to a full hall bathroom.

This two and one half acre beach haven on Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin's Miramar Beach provides the perfect place for a family vacation or enjoyable reunion with friends. Popular gulf front restaurants are nearby including Pompano Joe's, which is a short stroll away. Championship golf is close by at Seascape where Ocean Reef Resort guests receive reduced rates. Grocery stores, wine outlets and bargain shopping at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets are minutes away. More restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals and free concerts are located nearby at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is seasonally heated.

Overall a good experience and stay

We enjoyed our stay of nearly 5 weeks. A great location. The condo was as expected and described. A good place for two adults and one dog. Not the size for a big family. The ground floor worked well with having a dog. Ocean Reef responded and took care of a couple things in a timely manner. The gate entry code was changed during our stay without notice, we reached out for the new code and had it within 5 minutes. The kitchen was adequately supplied with cookware and utensils. We would stay there again.

Best Location!

Ocean Reef was quick to respond. Maravilla is best location in Mirimar with no obstruction views of beachcomber across the street. Condo is great local & very nice & clean. We enjoyed our stay & will stay at Maravilla again.

FANTASTIC!!!

Our first time to stay in Maravilla and it was great! Ocean Reef was AMAZING to work with. Before our stay they always answered my questions very quickly. When we arrived the condo’s air conditioner was not working correctly and Ocean Reef’s maintenance department had someone out there quickly to get the issue fixed! We will definitely be staying here again! This is the perfect pet friendly place. Our fur baby had a great stay with us! We love scenic 98 as a location to stay and now love Maravilla and unit 2101 is just perfect!

What are the dog restrictions? Size? Number?

Answer:

Ocean Reef has an inventory of pet friendly properties. For an additional fee per pet, up to two dogs (40 pounds or less) are allowed at designated pet-friendly properties only. While outside, pets must be on a leash at all times. A person with a pet must collect and properly dispose of all waste.

Does this unit come with beach chairs and umbrella?

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. You can reserve chairs and umbrellas over the phone, or directly on the sand. See you soon!

If we are not bringing a pet, can the pet fee be removed?

Yes! When checking out online, select "0" for the number of pets. If you call to reserve, simply let the reservationist know, and we will happily remove the fee.

Is there a washer dryer in Maravilla 2101?

Is there a coffee pot in unit?

Are private tents and chairs allowed on the beach?

Thank you for your interest in Maravilla 2101! Unfortunately, the Homeowner's Association does not permit guests to have golf carts, two or three-wheel scooters, mopeds, or skateboards.
