This redesigned vacation rental residence in Blue Mountain Beach exudes charm and exemplifies the very best of a chic South Walton lifestyle. It is located just south of Scenic 30A, a short stroll away from the neighborhood beach access that leads down to the glittering Gulf. However you don't have to go much beyond the back door in order to have a refreshing dip since this hospitable home comes with its own private pool.

On Point is a true vacation compound that is perfect for mixed families or groups of friends since it has a separate Guest House and may accommodate a total of up to 16 happy beach going guests. The architectural design seamlessly dovetails a rustic cozy look with state of the arts modern amenities and creature comforts. It is simultaneously casual and sophisticated with comfortable furnishings. Unique decorative art and vibrantly colorful seascapes adorn the walls throughout. There are full kitchens in both the main house and guest house with separate living space for leisurely lounging. Gleaming stainless steel appliances and large granite topped kitchen islands in each one come with multiple stools for dining, drinking and snacking. The main house has double glass doors that open out onto the sparkling pool, which is literally steps away. You will all find yourselves wanting to spend a lot of time here when you're not down on the beautiful beach. There is an outdoor Tiki Cabana Bar with seats, a stainless steel gas grill and a Wet Bar. This allows you the pleasure of enjoying favorite drinks and a fun family feast poolside. A Fire Pit is available for use beside the seasonally heated pool for occasionally chilly nights. Rich multi-toned hardwood flooring flows throughout the interiors with matching wall accents. A large flat screen TV is provided in the main living area for entertainment while new wall mounted TVs are in each bedroom. Each of the five bedrooms is individually decorated in a charming cottage style for laid back living.

The Primary Bedroom has a full luxury bath en suite with two raised square sink vanities, a soaking tub in an alcove as well as a walk-in shower with magnificent marble tile work completed in creams and grays. Sleeping accommodations include a king size bed in the Primary Bedroom, queen size beds in two Guest Bedrooms along with a queen sized Futon and queen sized sleeper sofa. The Guest House has a queen size bed, a twin day bed with a twin trundle, and another queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Blue Mountain Beach itself has a claim to fame as being the highest elevation found along the entire Gulf of Mexico. The sugary white beach here has been awarded a prestigious "Blue Wave" designation, which is the nation's highest standard for natural beauty and cleanliness. There is a Health Food Spa nearby along with a few restaurants, a bakery and an ice cream shop. This locale in the heart of the wonderful world of Scenic 30A in South Walton and is minutes away from many restaurants, beach bars, galleries, free concerts and seasonal festivals in other picturesque coastal villages along this route.

Main House:

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Kitchen with Bar Seating, Powder Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Master Suite with Walk-In Shower and Garden Tub, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Queen Bedroom, Den with Queen Futon, Full Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

Guest House:

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Kitchen with Bar Seating, Full Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Second Floor: Queen Bedroom, Twin Day Bed + Twin Trundle.

Great place to stay with absolutely no complaints!
The home was free of clutter, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Clean and spacious close to the beach
Loved the location and space. Quick walk down to the beach. Nice having the pool to relax at. Plenty of space for our party of 14. The ac wasn’t working and maintenance arrived quickly to fix it. Overall, We enjoyed it and would recommend it to others.

Great Stay

2023 SC-TX Family Vacay
We really enjoyed our stay at On Point. Having two kitchens and the guest house was ideal with our large group. The pool was also an added bonus! The location is amazing as it is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and Blue Mountain Creamery. The only downside of our trip was a small giraffe stuffed animal that was lost inside the property who we are so desperately trying to find as it holds a lot of sentimental value. Thank you❤️

On Point was on point
Very big and spacious. All the family was there and we utilized all the beds and bedrooms. Big pool and outside grill were a plus. There were a few issues but Ocean Reef Management handled all requests and issues very professionally and same day service. This was my retirement party and this place was just the right size with close proximity to the beach. We made some great.

On Point consists of a main house and a guest house. The main house includes one living room and three bedrooms. The guest house also includes one living room and one bedroom. Combined there are a total of four bedrooms and two living rooms between both homes.
