This hospitable Miramar Beach vacation home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and accommodations for eight gulf-going guests. Residence within the gated Paradise Retreat community of Destin provides guests with exclusively deeded access to the Seashells by the Sea beach, which is just a short walk away. Palm Breeze II also includes a sparkling lagoon-shaped 25'x10' private swimming pool out back, which can be heated in cooler times of the year. It boasts a spacious sun patio adorned with an assortment of palms, lounge chairs, and an umbrella table with seating. A gas grill encourages guests to enjoy some poolside dining and entertaining. If you're planning a big beach reunion with your favorite friends and family, Palm Breeze is next door to Palm Breeze II, with additional accommodations for ten happy guests.

You are welcomed and greeted by the tropically landscaped lawn that includes a trio of towering palm trees as soon as you arrive. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas are handsomely appointed. The living room features a vaulted ceiling accentuating a spacious look and is comfortably furnished with dark brown leather furnishings. A couch, love seat and matching armchair ensemble around a plank-top cocktail table. A large flatscreen TV is mounted on a cabinet near a colorful accent chair for entertainment. Colorful decorative art throughout provides an urbane festive setting. Nearby a square chocolate-toned hardwood table with eight raised matching chairs sits beneath a suspended sconce chandelier. The open kitchen has three raised hardwood chairs with plush cushioned seats for additional wining and dining. The kitchen features bright white cabinetry accented by mocha-toned granite countertops and brushed stainless steel appliances to fulfill any culinary needs.

The primary bedroom has cottage-style furnishings, including a king-sized bed with rich hardwood spindle framing. The private ensuite bath includes a glass-walled walk-in shower. One guest bedroom has lovely palatial furnishings with rich hardwoods and a queen-sized bed featuring a scrolled sleigh frame and headboard. A bunk room is provided down the hall with four twin beds. It shares a full hall bath with the other guest quarters and includes a tub shower combination.

This incredible Miramar Beach locale is only minutes from popular restaurants and friendly beach bars. A fan favorite, Pompano Joe's, is a short walk down the beach and provides delicious fresh seafood in a funky colorful setting. For your group's avid golfers and tennis players, be sure to check out the nearby Seascape Resort. Seascape includes a forested 18-hole championship golf course and a professional tennis center where Ocean Reef guests are provided with reduced rates. Also conveniently close by are a variety of grocery stores and incredible bargains for world-class designer goods at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Head over to Sandestin to experience the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf and the swank town center of Grand Boulevard.
