Paradis

Paradis is French for Paradise! It is indeed a good description of this palatial beachfront vacation home with an excellent location off Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin's Miramar Beach. This regal family estate can sleep 14 fortunate guests with four bedrooms in the main house and one more in a beautifully furnished guest house. It is perched high upon a sugary dune above its own beach with stunning views of the Gulf for as far as the eyes can see.

Chic contemporary interiors and furnishings are worthy of being showcased in the latest issue of Better Homes & Gardens or Architectural Digest. Abundant decorative art includes lovely paintings or prints of beach scenes, enchanting seascapes, marine life sculptures, and nautical accouterments. Gleaming white marble flooring flows throughout the first floor open living area accented by soaring triple tray ceilings. Two entire walls of windows with glass doors that provide access to a beach deck that spans its width also offer dazzling views of the Gulf from within. A long curvy pool with a soaking tub that cascades down from the far end overlooks the sensational seascape and invites you to relax while experiencing the heavenly views. A staircase leads down to the beautiful white sand shore beside the glowing jewel toned Gulf.

The living area of Paradis includes a comfortable wraparound couch with two elegantly scrolled cloth accent chairs in front of a rectangular glass-paneled mantle on a striking brick tiled fascia with a wide wall-mounted flatscreen TV. A white marble-topped angled bar with six raised decorative metal chairs face the state of the art kitchen that features white hardwood custom cabinetry, including a top of the line refrigerator freezer that seamlessly blends in. A unique built-in dining table has a polished plank wood top and two long matching benches near a set of windows offering sparkling views of the pool and gorgeous Gulf. A Guest Bedroom with a king-sized bed and an ornate decorative metal headboard has access to a full bath with a tub shower combination.

A partially open staircase leads to the Master Suite, Guest Bedroom, and a cheerful Bunk Room that sleeps four. All three sleeping quarters include private en suite baths while the Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom each have Gulf-front balconies. The majestic Master Suite features two walls of windows with elegantly scrolled arches and doors leading out to balconies that wrap around both sides. A massive four-column posted king-sized bed faces these views while a set of abstract patterned armchairs provide corner seating beside two windows. A wall-mounted TV sits above a classy dresser topped with shell sculpture. The private luxury bath includes double vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a walled glass shower adorned with varieties of marble. The Guest Bedroom has comfortably elegant cottage styled furnishings with a queen-sized bed that sits beside a wall of windows overlooking the gorgeous Gulf.  

The Guest House is a handsome vacation residence all to itself with an open living area decorated with Americana beach styled art. It is furnished with a couch that doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a sleek brown leather lounge chair, and a gleaming wood plank cocktail table which face a flatscreen TV. An open kitchenette includes a raised glass-topped table for dining and two stools with tropical straw woven tops. The bedroom features comfortable cream-colored cottage furnishings with a king-sized bed and direct access to a full bath that also opens into the living area.

This piece of Miramar Beach paradise is close to popular beachfront restaurants, grocery stores, wine outlets, and bargain shopping at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Restaurants, bars, specialty shops, concerts, and fun festivals are minutes away at the Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Second Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Bunk Room with Two Twin Bunks and Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Guest House:

First Floor: Garage (non-accessible)

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa,  Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower.
