Pelican Place

Pelican Place is perched among groves of live oak trees in Seagrove Beach, which is the longest established beachfront community along Scenic 30A in South Walton. This three bedroom vacation home can sleep up to 11 happy beach-going guests. It is just a short stroll away from the beautiful beach (with no major roads to cross) and comes with a large 12x26 private pool. In less than a handful of minutes, you may go from taking a saltwater pool plunge to floating around in the emerald toned waters of the glowing gulf. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse off sandy feet and a covered mini pavilion is provided for shaded relaxation with cold drinks beside the pool.

Balconies span the width of the house from the two upper levels off the living area and Primary Bedroom Suite, providing glistening gulf views. The main open living area has a kind of "California" beach feel with walls of glass windows looking out toward the gulf from a bright room with an open staircase that ascends upstairs at one end. Abstract vibrant art and decorative prints of sea life complete this scene. A large sand-toned couch doubles as a king-sized sleeper sofa while facing an extra large TV mounted between two windows. Accent chairs sit nearby and a decorative rug is hued in varying colors of blues and greens. A dining table beside a window at the far end of this room includes four tall sway backed woven chairs for casual meals. The open kitchen includes three bar stools next to the quartz-topped bar and gleaming stainless steel appliances. It has everything you need to prepare a fun family feast.

One of the Guest Bedrooms is on this level with a queen size bed, twin trundle, and access to a full hall bath that also serves as a convenient powder room. Another Guest Bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and also has a full private en suite bath and a gulf view balcony. Each Guest Bedroom includes a TV for nighttime viewing. The large Primary Bedroom Suite is also on the top floor and features a king size bed, a twin daybed with a twin trundle, a flatscreen TV, and a full private bathroom. This suite has a triple set of floor to ceiling windows framing the sparkling scenery and a glass door that goes out onto the balcony overlooking the gulf.

This highly-desirable location in old Seagrove Beach is right next door to the popular Goatfeathers Seafood Market. It is also near the renowned Café Thirty A for fine gourmet dining or Angelina's Pizzeria and Pasta", which serves delicious home cooked Italian cuisine. You are also centered in the wonderful world of South Walton's Scenic 30A with opportunities to explore picturesque coastal villages along this route for experiences that include dining, drinking, shopping and abundant amusements.
