Description

This upscale vacation residence has four bedrooms with the ability to sleep 13 fortunate gulf going guests and is located in the idyllic residential 30A coastal village of Seacrest Beach. It has a convenient placement on the first floor of a four-story residential building located in a lush setting. A columned veranda off the open living area spans its width and includes an outdoor couch along with three white Adirondack chairs, which invite you to enjoy favorite drinks along with tasty appetizers while overlooking the tropical scenery.

The comfortably furnished open living area of Sable Pointe West 101 exudes a casual, elegant look with a creamy white wraparound couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, and two sleek dove gray-colored armchairs. They face a flatscreen TV mounted above a stylish Vintage Modern credenza flanked on each side by long abstract paintings of sailboats on serene waters.  A rustic rectangular plank topped hardwood table nearby with six high backed white cushioned chairs sits beneath a tropically inspired beaded chandelier. Two walls of windows and glass doors out to the veranda fill this entire room with lots of sunny warmth. The open state of the art kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances, mottled malt colored granite countertops, and an angled island with four saddle topped stools which beckons guests to enjoy tasty wine, drinks, and appetizers.

The Master Bedroom has a contemporary look with a king-sized bed facing a wall-mounted Flatscreen TV , a striking blue and white patterned rug, as well as two matching prints of coral. It includes an ensuite luxury bath with double vanity sinks, a large deep soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. One of the Guest Bedrooms is like a comfortably furnished cottage styled Master Bedroom with another king-sized bed, direct patio access, and its own ensuite bath with a tub shower combination. Another Guest Bedroom has two full beds with tall straw woven headboards and nautical prints of sailboats. A guest room with a twin over full-sized bunk bed also has patio access. Both bedrooms share a full hall bath with a tub shower combination.

This wonderful vacation residence is a short stroll away from the "crown jewel" of Seacrest Beach - a tropical forest of Royal Palm trees planted around the enormous 12,000 square foot swimming pool. This pool has the distinction of being one of the largest in the entire Florida Panhandle and provides an opulent sparkling setting. It is actually several interconnected pools adorned with a big fountain in one of them. During the heat of the summer, children and the young at heart frolic underneath the refreshing spray that mists down from the fountain into the pool. The pools are on multiple levels, with waterfall spillways at each end that flow down into the main pool. They feature separate kid and adult areas along with two designated lap pools available for avid swimmers. This precious paradise is surrounded by gardens, picnic pavilions, BBQ grill areas, bathroom facilities, and even a grassy lawn amphitheater that stages occasional concerts. If you ever desire to leave the pool, a seasonal tram transports guests over to the beautiful beach in no time.

This great location is very close to restaurants, bars, and many shopping destinations. Many of them are nearby in the enchanting Village of Rosemary Beach, which also features fun festivals throughout the year.

Had a great time at Sable Pointe West over spring break
Check in was so easy and the house was well appointed and very clean. Everyone who helped us at Ocean Reef was great! The resident portal is easy to use and has all the info you need for you stay. The unit was perfectly located beside the “horseshoe” in Seacrest and within walking distance to Rosemary Beach. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Perfect location in Seacrest Beach!
This is the perfect unit for your vacation "home away from home". The gigantic community pool is directly located behind the unit and it was sparkling crystal clear. The master bath had a tub with jacuzzi jets so I was able to relax and let Calgon "take me away". The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes for cooking and entertaining. Complimentary bikes were available so we could "cruise" around Inlet Beach and check out the local plazas. I can't wait to go back to Sable Point West 101 again.

Kristine C - Posted: 03/27/2023

Answer:

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available for rent. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. You can reserve chairs and umbrellas over the phone, or directly on the sand. Sea you soon!

Are beach towels provided for use during the stay?
A B - Posted: 05/06/2023

Answer:

We provide linens and sheets for the beds, bath towels, and washcloths. You will want to bring your own beach towels, as we do not provide them. Our properties are furnished with enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing detergent, and bar soap. Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a k-cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, and dishes. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.

Here is a helpful video to ensure that you are fully equipped for the beach!

Is there an elevator?
Leah H - Posted: 08/02/2023

Answer:

Sable Point West is a four-story low-rise condo complex with both stairs and an elevator. Unit 101, however, is on the ground-floor so an elevator will not be needed!
